My Front Street property is centrally located and near to practically everything in Punta Gorda Town. It can be at times a bustling location where music, conversations and discussions may be heard way into the night, as local 'philosophers' put the politics of Belize and the world to rights. It is a place for the ADVENTURER not for the faint hearted.
The rental is as folllows:
For the 3-bed/2 bath upper floor: $800USD per calendar month. Lovely sea views!! Two spacious verandahs
For lower floor apartments: $400USD per calendar month. Easy access to garden. These lower apartments are not furnished and a non-refundable deposit is required.
Renters take care of own utilities.
The property is ideal for someone who is on a long term assignment or house hunting in and around Punta Gorda/the Toledo District. The rental terms may be negotiated within reason. The property’s yard is securely fenced and there is off the street parking for guests on both sides of the building.
