All bedrooms are large and roomy, with ceiling fans, bedside tables, dressers, closet and TVs. You will sleep in maximum comfort as the home is cleaned before each guest reservation. Living Room sofa is a pull out, that can sleep 2 people. Extra bedsheets/blankets are stored in the second floor linen cupboard, but please check with Property Manager or Owner before using.
Pool / Spa
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Please bring all your own toiletries, dishwashing supplies, laundry detergent, etc. Some of these are provided, but not all.
- Please empty all garbage frequently and take to dumpster. Also keep all food in fridge to avoid pests. Also clean dryer's lint tray often.
- Please read the contracts carefully regarding the $200 damage deposit on dirty/damaged/missing items.

About Sheldon and Nadine Charles
We are Canadian residents who absolutely love visiting Florida! With Canada’s minus-20 degree weather in the winter months, we look for any opportunity to visit the Sunshine State to soak up the rays at the pool, visit the theme parks, or do some great shopping! While we have been to both the Orlando and Tampa areas frequently over the last 10 years, we decided to purchase a vacation/rental home in Kissimmee, because we get the best of everything in this area. My husband and I prefer to cook simple meals in our kitchen at Venetian Bay, while the kids go to the pool, bike or skateboard around the resort. We have two sons, ages 15 and 12, who are quite knowledgeable about the Kissimmee area for attractions, activities, shopping and restaurants. They enjoy our home at Venetian Bay because they are not in a cramped hotel room, and they have enough space to enjoy their vacation both inside the home and on the resort grounds. We love pets! However, please note that while the home and resort is pet-friendly, all pets must be 20lbs or less. We have a fur-baby but he has not been to this home as he is over the size limit.

Why Sheldon and Nadine Charles chose Venetian Bay Villages
We looked at numerous properties in the Kissimmee area, before deciding to purchase this home in Venetian Bay. The resort is located off a quiet street next to a school and fire station. When driving up to the main gate, we felt a great sense of security because of the manned security booth. Driving through the resort, the multi-coloured homes on different streets and court-yards provided a 'vacation feel' which was very appealing. We easily imagined ourselves walking to the pool, or sitting under the gazebo. The friendliness and professionalism of the Reception, Club House and Business Centre made us feel like it was 'home away from home', which is what we want our renters to feel as well!
What makes this Townhome unique
Our home faces away from the parking lot and common guest areas. Because of this, it is very private and allows renters to enjoy the lovely grassy area right outside the front door. Because there is no building in front of us, you can open the curtains and windows to get a nice breeze through the home. Great for afternoon naps! When we thought of how to upgrade the unit, we decided to use colours, furniture and accessories that would appeal to a number of renters, but also to us. We wanted a no-fuss environment that instilled calm, and was easy to maintain – for both us and our renters. We have achieved this, and hope you like it too!
