With plenty of room for 12, this contemporary retreat should be an easy “yes!” when it comes to planning your next island getaway.

The open floor plan boasts vaulted ceilings, a massive sectional couch, and a wall of windows that lets in all the bay’s glory. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with shiny stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, granite countertops, and a big island where you can prep your catch of the day or just hang out with a snack. The dining area, with seating for eight, faces the bay, so you can dine with a view. Plus, there’s a deep, partially covered deck off the main level perfect for dining al fresco or sipping something cool and watching the world float by.

The primary suite is on the main level, featuring a king bed and direct deck access for those morning views you won't want to miss. It’s got a bathroom that’s practically a spa, with a separate tub and shower plus dual sinks. Upstairs, there’s a queen bedroom with its own deck access (because everyone deserves a piece of that view), a full-over-full bunk room with a private deck that’s perfect for the kiddos or a small family, and a room with twin bunks that’s ideal for late-night whispers and giggles.

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

Relaxing

Sand N Sea, the property company was great. Had a few issues with the house, Sand N Sea addressed them promptly. The issues on first day were that the sink and shower heads were clogged. They needed repair. Also, hot water went out and needed repair. Finally, the owners still have not fixed the electrical problem on the fishing pier. We booked this house last October and same issue. Had to buy long extension cords to get electricity to the pier lights to night fish. On the positive side, the house is very spacious and plenty of room for our family . Views were spectacular. We were so relaxed that we stayed another night. Family had a very relaxing trip. We rented Kayaks and had a blast. Bring your own outdoor seating, no cushions on the outdoor chairs or lounges. If the owners would give the house some TLC it would receive a 5 star review.

Best place in Galveston

The property was just as beautiful as described. Very clean and comfortable couch and beds. It was roomy and had a very nice private dock. We normally do a once a year trip to galveston and by far this property was the nicest ever.
