Situato tra la Grand Terre e la tranquilla costa, si può godere di una fantastica vista sul golfo da uno dei quattro ponti costruiti per intrattenere e divertimento per tutta la famiglia. Questo tre camere da letto, due bagni di casa trasuda arredamento di lusso sulla spiaggia e dispone di un generoso, open-concept cucina / sala da pranzo / spazio che offre pasti in comune e grande socializzazione.

La camera da letto principale con bagno annesso vanta un letto king size ben arredato con lenzuola e biancheria da letto di lusso. Drappeggi su misura e ampio spazio armadio completano questo bagno. Entrambe le camere da letto secondarie sono dotate di moquette tessuta e una combinazione di colori rilassanti. Il bagno sala contiene una zona di vanità separata per consentire a più ospiti di funzionare contemporaneamente.

Le aree di intrattenimento a pianta aperta presentano pavimenti in pietra di travertino di grandi dimensioni, trattamenti per finestre su misura e soffitti a volta svettanti realizzati in legno di recupero. L'attrazione principale di questa zona è un centro di intrattenimento alto 20 piedi ancorato da una tv a schermo piatto da 42 pollici. Perfect: cleanliness, location, home decor and kitchen equipment, outdoor shower and many outdoor spaces and furniture! Unobstructed view to beach over a nature area, bunny rabbits and egrets. Close to restaurants. Love this house. Feels like home. Oh, and BTW, bedding is comfy cozy too. Thanks again Jonathan and Ashley for a relaxing Easter weekend. MLP

Galveston

Our extend family rented several houses within Pirates Beach. This property and the others were all very nice and the location is very convenient for Waterman’s restaurant and the beach. Highly recommended.

Relaxing weekend!

We had a great time staying in this cozy cottage. Very close to the beach - 5 minutes walking. Nicely decorated and clean. Owner was very easy to work with in regard to reservation and during our stay.

Beautiful Cozy House! Great location!

We had a wonderful getaway in this beautiful house. It was exactly as described in the listing and had a cozy feel. It was the perfect size for our family. It is so close to the beach, which our kids loved! Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we would love to stay here again!

The house was in a nice location for a home just off the beach. Because of an easement the home allowed for a distant ocean view and breeze off of the patios and decks. The furniture was a little old and dated. Slip covers stained in a few places. It was decorated nicely in a beach theme. It was well equipped with dishes, pots, and pans. It was very kid friendly, equipped with lots of toys, games, portable cribs etc. the biggest disappointment was not having a washer and dryer. That is totally on me! In my haste to book a reasonably priced beach home I some how did not notice that it did not have a washer and dryer. I can’t ever remember renting a beach house that did not provide that amenity. It became a problem with towels and bathing suits. Again my fault for not noticing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had a great week. Weather was incredible! Pirates beach is a really nice community.

Beautiful home right by the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the seaside heights home. The decor was beautiful inside and out. You can see the beach from the patio and listen to the waves at night. Then it’s just a short walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful beach house

Beautiful beach houseThank you for sharing with us your beautiful house. We really enjoyed this house with my family. The house is so beautiful, clean, cozy and has a great decor, bath and bedrooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very relaxed inside and outside. The exterior is the same very nice, clean and comfortable place. Perfect location for the beach just 4 minutes walk away. I recommend this great house.

Great Place to stay

We had a wonderful time.. The house was clean and very well equipped. The wagon and beach umbrella / chairs were great to have and a definite plus. The homeowner was extremely responsive and helpful all the way through process which I very much appreciated. Overall we had a great time!

Great family weekend!

We brought our four young kids for a cheerleading competition at Moody Gardens. The house is beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. It is a very short and safe walk to the beach. Our kids slept great in the comfortable beds and loved playing at the beach all day. We had a great experience and would love to come back to this house for another family weekend soon! Thank you for having us!

Great House

What a nice home! Perfect for families - good layout and the best decorated home we've stayed in the Galveston area. We are a family of 4 and it fit our needs perfectly. The home really feels like the owners use it personally - it's very well taken care of. Great floor plan and great decks/furnishings outside. Really takes advantage of the home's orientation to the beach.

What a gem!

Located soooo close to the beach on a quiet street. The kitchen is appointed with more quality and useful items (knives, spatulas, silver, bowls, etc) than any rental we’ve ever used. Great space for eating and cooking. A/C is excellent. Beds are really comfortable. Downstairs patio is really nice and has great air flow because of the angle the hose is set. Great view of the water from the expansive deck. Hosts are very quick with communicating. We hope to be back!

A great get away!

From the moment you drive in, you can almost feel your body relax. The home is tucked away on a cul de sac and is truly beautiful. The set up is perfect for families or friends looking for a time to spend some quality time together. There are so many places to sit outside with views that can't be beat. The home welcomes conversation with a great open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The beds were so comfy and when you close the door you can cannot hear what is going on in the living space. I loved having the shower downstairs to wash off after the beach as well! The home is located so close to a private part of the beach. It was so nice to be able to spend as short or as long at the beach as we wanted since we were so close! This get away was such an amazing time and a lot of that was due to this wonderful house! Can't wait to be able to come back again next year!

Perfect Galveston Retreat

This home was better than it even shows! The pictures are beautiful on VRBO and it's just as beautifully in person as it looks. But what you can't see is how cozy and well the home flows . The furniture is all super cozy, not just beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, several kinds of pillows to mix around with if you prefer soft or firm. And the living room is room furniture is really comfortable as well. There is a TV in the living room, bunk bed room and master. We had a pretty rainy trip and didn't mind one bit because the house was so great to be in. The home is very well stocked (towels, bed linens, cleaning supplies, and fully stocked kitchen) and the owners give you a great packing list of what you might need more of. Also, not easily seen through pictures is how close you are to the beach. For views: this house is four homes back, but the way the cul-de-sac is structured, you have clear and open views of the beach from the deck. This was my favorite night time hangout. And the beach is such a short walk (just walk past 3 houses and your feet are in sand). The other amazing thing about this area is the beach wasn't crowded with the public, or even locals. And the beach was very clean-- seaweed pushed back and trashcans available. The neighborhood is very clean and well kept and there's even a small deli & market at the front of the neighborhood to grab any thing forgotten. We felt incredibly safe the entire time. I saw the previous comment about the stove, there are only 2 burners and then there's a grill on the stove. So I'd plan meals accordingly. It was not an issue for us, but we didn't plan elaborate meals that required more than 2 burners. The oven is regular size, there's a microwave and an outdoor grill, so plenty of cooking options. The refrigerator is a good size and held all our food for our family of 6 for a week, and we cooked all meals in. HIGHLY recommend this home!

Left Home Early to Move to Hotel

The day prior to our stay I was notified the refrigerator wasn’t working that is would be repaired the day of our arrival or the day after. It wasn’t ideal but we decided it would work. The owners allowed us to us their personal one in the garage. This worked okay except for the rain and having to enter in and out in it to get stuff from the refrigerator. The repair service was set to come on Friday at 9 (our only free day from dance competition). They came around 11 and it took about an hour to fix the refrigerator. With about half of our free day wasted sitting in a rental property the owners agreed to credit us $300 for the inconvenience. Used washer for wash new wash cloths purchased and dirty towels and there were wet towels in the dryer. I finished drying those and set them on the wod of sheets left to the dryer on the bed. Throw blankets in family dirty, one smelt like a wet dog the other had chunks of dark stuff all over it - I had my husband bring some from our home since these were not clean. After the refrigerator started working it had a strong odor of fish and we threw all of our stuff out. Mold around shower in master bathroom and globs of hair was left on the shower wall I had to remove prior to showering I sent all of this to the owners with no response. We had to pay for a professional cleaning service and what we got was terrible. We checked out a day early because we couldn’t take the funk anymore and moved to a hotel.

We appreciate you staying with us. We want to start with apologizing again for the refrigerator going out. It was certainly unexpected and disappointing. We did try to accommodate you as best as possible and let you know in advance about the refrigerator so you could make other accommodations if need be. Once you decided to continue with your stay, we gave you access to our family’s personal space within the house which is not maintained by our housekeeping. We have let the housekeeper know about your grievances with the cleanliness of the throw blankets and shower. We tried our best to communicate with you along the way and felt left in the dark until we saw your review. We tried to be as accommodating as possible offering you our personal space and compensation. Sorry we cannot control the fridge or the repairman running behind.

Galveston holds a special place for our family - we grew up close to the area and even got married on the island. We have lots of friends on the Island and are excited to make memories in this home.

The minute you walk in, you feel at home already. The furnishings provide a feeling of luxury and tranquility and the layout makes it feel very cozy.
The outdoor living spaces are our favorite - lots of sun or shade, room for the kids to play, outdoor dining options and unobstructed views of the ocean.
