Sal por la puerta hacia la playa. Relájese en la terraza acristalada, escuchando las olas deslizarse suavemente. La Bahía de Delaware tiene mucho que ofrecer en belleza y actividades. NOTA: No hay salvavidas, aunque algunas personas nadan (olas suaves en comparación con el océano), el agua es un poco merky y hay vida marina como cangrejos de herradura y peces que comparten la playa y las aguas. Disfrute de la cena en la terraza, mientras se pone el sol, muchos huéspedes ven dolpohins desde la terraza también. Debe suministrar sus propias toallas de playa, toallas de cocina y toallas de baño, suministramos 3 juegos de sábanas King y 2 fundas / juegos de almohadas. Mantas, almohadas y tiros se proporcionan. Perfect beach cottage, right on the beach with really amazing sunsets. Really comfortable and equipped well above expectations with outdoor / indoor games, supplies, pillows, blankets. Owner, Kim, nice and responsive thru whole process. The area was chock full of places to see and lots of local restaurants with good food and nice people. Need to go back!!

We had a wonderful stay. Such a beautiful location. Right on the beach. The view from the house Makes you feel like you are almost in the water. Kim was very responsive to any question we had. The house had everything we could possibly need. Comfortable and relaxing. It was also great to have our dog with us and it was so easy to get on and off the beach with him if he could stay on the deck when we were on the beach. Fishing swimming kayaking ..and sunsets.. thank you for such a great stay!

Week in the Villas

This was just as advertised and exactly what we were looking for! On the beach bayside, quiet, low-key, pet friendly area. Great sunset views! We were able to bring along our dog to vacation with us for the first time as we usually travel further. Kim and Glen were awesome! Great communication and super easy to deal with when we had any questions.

Great beach getaway!

We stayed at Sunset Villa for a few days in June 2025 with our dog and had a great experience. The location was right on the bayside beach, allowing us to enjoy the waves and the sand at all times of the day in an uncrowded area. We used the deck and sunroom frequently to enjoy the sound of the waves and the views, especially at sunset! The house offered a lot of amenities and items such as bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, sheets, towels as well as snacks making this a very convenient stay. We were able to park our car in the driveway. It’s a short distance from Washington street mall. The area was quiet and so perfect for a getaway. I would highly recommend staying at Sunset Villa!
While watching the sunset, we looked back at the house and saw this amazing reflection of the sun’s rays showing a pink sky!

Great beach front property.

We had a fabulous weekend! House was comfortable for the 6 adults in our party. Beds comfortable and king size always a plus! Description and photos depict the space perfectly. The home was stocked well and clean on arrival. The seasonal porch is definitely the highlight of our stay, including amazing sunsets! Thank you for hosting us! Hosts very helpful and responsive.

A trip we will always remember!

I'm not sure how to sum up how incredible our stay was. The location was absolutely perfect. Typically we are looking for things to do locally when we visit Cape May, but this time we didn't want to leave the house. A fantastic weekend away with our daughters and our almost 9 year old french bulldog. He has spinal issues which limit his mobility. Finding a pet friendly home to rent that was right on the beach was important to us. This exceeded our expectations. He loved the sand and sitting on the sun porch watching the water. It was a weekend we will always remember and we can't wait to go back!

vacation rental at Villas, NJ

My family and I enjoyed a lot of things about this rental property for our vacation. The view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful, the house was clean and better stocked (sheets, kayaks, chairs, kitchen utensils etc...) than any other property we had previously rented. Kim, our host, was very accommodating when we had a request and quick to get back to me if I had a question. We would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to other families.

Great For Families and Fur Babies!

An excellent location and fantastic home for our family and our fur babies! We had everything that we needed and more within the property. And in no time we could get to both Wildwood and Cape May attractions. Highly recommend for families that love to travel with their pets!

Summer Fun on the Bay

Beautiful sunsets, nice views of the bay in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, We had a wonderful time relaxing as a family. The location could not be better and just a short drive to Duckie’s, Cape May Beach, and Wildwood beaches. Thank you for a great week.

Family Fun

The house was exactly as advertised. The views of the sunset were phenomenal. We love being away from the crowds of more public beaches, but close enough to them if we are looking for more adventures. This house was exactly that. The hosts were very responsive and were available for any questions.

Fantastic Waterfront Vacation!!!

We rented this home for an extended Memorial Day weekend and had an absolutely amazing vacation. An ideal location to step out from the back patio onto the beach, beautiful sunsets while enjoying dinner on the back patio, and all the comforts of home! Kim is a great host, very responsive, and ensures her guests are enjoying their stay! I hope we’ll be able to rent this home again next year!

Great location

House was as expected and right on the bay. You walk outside your deck directly onto the beach. Wonderful views and the house was well equipped. The kitchen was remodeled and very nice-the laminate floors were ok but couldn’t keep sand from floating in. Beds were comfortable and even provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. My guests and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend for smaller groups. Also provided were lots of games, wifi, and great Xfinity cable package.

Right on the beach!

We loved everything about the house like the private access to the beach, glassed-in sunroom, fully fenced yard for our Yorkie, the deck overlooking the beach and the modern kitchen. And it was so well stocked if we had forgot to bring something it would have been available to use. We are planning another trip their next year!

Absolute Dream

My husband hasn’t been on vacation for 8 years. He had stipulations- beach, calm and our fur baby could go. This place fit the bill to a huge T!!! He is used to North Wildwood and driving in and seeing all the water ways. He said, when we parked and he looked over the gate, that he was shocked to see how close we were to the water!! The smile on his face said it all. The house was amazing more than expected - so cozy and roomy. Had everything we needed and then some. I don’t have enough characters on here to go on and on. Kim was amazing!!!!! She called to check on us when a storm was coming in and was so helpful and courteous. What an awesome property owner. To be able to have our fur baby along was such a bonus and it was her first time and she loved it. Felt Like Home!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

A slice of heaven and hidden gem!

The location of this home was perfect, right on the water. The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The sunroom was where we hung out most of the time and it was perfect especially the two days we had rain. Kim was a wonderful host and extremely quick with her replies. I asked her advice for seafood and she gave a great recommendation. The house was great for our two little pups. I can't say enough about this home. Very relaxing for the adults and the beach chairs were convenient as well as the kayak and bikes. The front patio/sitting area was comfy and the grill was nice and clean. Cheers to one of the best family vacations!!

Perfect!

The house was perfect for us! We brought our two dogs and appreciated the baby gates to keep them from going upstairs, and from the front door. The fenced in area was perfect also for them. And the sunsets were just amazing!!! Our favorite room was the sunroom right on the beach. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough!! We will be back, for sure! Thank you!!

We have 2 dogs and have enjoyed our time in the Sunset Villa Vacation Home. We have been fortunate to celebrate birthdays with family, enjoy the airport museum, take advantage of local wineries w our dogs, shopping, restaurants and relax on the beach. We have enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay and hearing our guests stories of their adventures during their visit to our vacation home! Our wish is that you enjoy it as much as we do and have wonderful memories with friends and family! We have many return guests now and are so pleased they wish to return for continued enjoyment on their vacations at Sunset Villa Vacation Home

Bring your bike, or use one of ours and enjoy a ride through the neighborhood with the family. So close to so many activities such as Downtown Cape May, Multiple Wineries and Breweries (craft beer), Boardwalk, Cape May Zoo, Waterpark, Atlantic Ocean beaches of Cape May, Wildwood Crest, boat tours (Cape May-Lewes Ferry), aviation museum, Cape May lighthouse, Nature Center of Cape May and of course Shopping (Washington Street Mall and many, many more locations)!
