Bayfront Adventures! Weekly Memorial Day-Labor Day, 2 night min October - April

Step out the door onto the beach. Relax in the sunroom, listening to the surf gently roll in. The Delaware Bay has much to offer in beauty and activities. NOTE: There are no lifeguards although some people swim (gentle waves compared to Ocean), the water is a bit merky and there are sea life such as horseshoe crabs & fish who share the beach and waters. Enjoy dinner on the deck, as the sun sets, many guests see dolpohins from the deck as well. The fully fenced in yard and gate on deck allow additional comfort for small children. Private beach access makes it easy to have a quick walk and get on and off the beach with ease. The home at offers all of this, as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2nd floor balcony overlooking the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with high vaulted ceilings. Come stay anytime throughout the year. You Bring Towels/We Supply 3 sets Sheets (make your own bed). You must supply your own beach towels, kitchen towel & bath towels, we supply 3 King sets of bed sheets & 2 pillow cases/set. Blankets, pillows and throws are provided. For your convenience, we can provide a linen rental company information for weekly additional linens towels, sheet changes, etc. , umbrellas, baby needs etc. Enjoy!

A trip we will always remember!
I'm not sure how to sum up how incredible our stay was. The location was absolutely perfect. Typically we are looking for things to do locally when we visit Cape May, but this time we didn't want to leave the house. A fantastic weekend away with our daughters and our almost 9 year old french bulldog. He has spinal issues which limit his mobility. Finding a pet friendly home to rent that was right on the beach was important to us. This exceeded our expectations. He loved the sand and sitting on the sun porch watching the water. It was a weekend we will always remember and we can't wait to go back!

Family Vacation 2024

vacation rental at Villas, NJ
My family and I enjoyed a lot of things about this rental property for our vacation. The view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful, the house was clean and better stocked (sheets, kayaks, chairs, kitchen utensils etc...) than any other property we had previously rented. Kim, our host, was very accommodating when we had a request and quick to get back to me if I had a question. We would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to other families.

Great For Families and Fur Babies!
An excellent location and fantastic home for our family and our fur babies! We had everything that we needed and more within the property. And in no time we could get to both Wildwood and Cape May attractions. Highly recommend for families that love to travel with their pets!

Beautiful sunsets, nice views of the bay in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, We had a wonderful time relaxing as a family. The location could not be better and just a short drive to Duckie’s, Cape May Beach, and Wildwood beaches. Thank you for a great week.

The house was exactly as advertised. The views of the sunset were phenomenal. We love being away from the crowds of more public beaches, but close enough to them if we are looking for more adventures. This house was exactly that. The hosts were very responsive and were available for any questions.

Fantastic Waterfront Vacation!!!
We rented this home for an extended Memorial Day weekend and had an absolutely amazing vacation. An ideal location to step out from the back patio onto the beach, beautiful sunsets while enjoying dinner on the back patio, and all the comforts of home! Kim is a great host, very responsive, and ensures her guests are enjoying their stay! I hope we’ll be able to rent this home again next year!

Great location
House was as expected and right on the bay. You walk outside your deck directly onto the beach. Wonderful views and the house was well equipped. The kitchen was remodeled and very nice-the laminate floors were ok but couldn’t keep sand from floating in. Beds were comfortable and even provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. My guests and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend for smaller groups. Also provided were lots of games, wifi, and great Xfinity cable package.

Right on the beach!
We loved everything about the house like the private access to the beach, glassed-in sunroom, fully fenced yard for our Yorkie, the deck overlooking the beach and the modern kitchen. And it was so well stocked if we had forgot to bring something it would have been available to use. We are planning another trip their next year!

Absolute Dream
My husband hasn’t been on vacation for 8 years. He had stipulations- beach, calm and our fur baby could go. This place fit the bill to a huge T!!! He is used to North Wildwood and driving in and seeing all the water ways. He said, when we parked and he looked over the gate, that he was shocked to see how close we were to the water!! The smile on his face said it all. The house was amazing more than expected - so cozy and roomy. Had everything we needed and then some. I don’t have enough characters on here to go on and on. Kim was amazing!!!!! She called to check on us when a storm was coming in and was so helpful and courteous. What an awesome property owner. To be able to have our fur baby along was such a bonus and it was her first time and she loved it. Felt Like Home!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

A slice of heaven and hidden gem!
The location of this home was perfect, right on the water. The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The sunroom was where we hung out most of the time and it was perfect especially the two days we had rain. Kim was a wonderful host and extremely quick with her replies. I asked her advice for seafood and she gave a great recommendation. The house was great for our two little pups. I can't say enough about this home. Very relaxing for the adults and the beach chairs were convenient as well as the kayak and bikes. The front patio/sitting area was comfy and the grill was nice and clean. Cheers to one of the best family vacations!!

Perfect!
The house was perfect for us! We brought our two dogs and appreciated the baby gates to keep them from going upstairs, and from the front door. The fenced in area was perfect also for them. And the sunsets were just amazing!!! Our favorite room was the sunroom right on the beach. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough!! We will be back, for sure! Thank you!!

Location is fantastic
The property sits on the beach and the location is fantastic! My family and I enjoyed the amazing sunsets and walks on the beach. The patio is great and our dog loved everything about the property.

Short stay but we will return
This home is just perfect for us. We have 2 dogs and the owner was so accommodating and pleasant. One of the largest hurricane's to hit the East Coast unfortunately came at the beginning of our week so we delayed driving from the Philadelphia suburbs for a few days to wait it out. We arrived to great weather and then had to leave early because of a sick pup. Not the greatest vacation in the world, but, hey, when we consider the devastation in FL, our inconvenience was nothing. The home itself is just as advertised. Lots of windows facing the Delaware Bay, wonderful outdoor deck and indoor sitting room to watch the water, dolphins, & sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. We loved it and will be back next year!

Black mold, filth, fraudulent represemt
Nightmare rental and nothing like the photos. Black mold in several locations on the property. That is illegal to rent in the state AND MEANS THE PROPERTY WAS NOT RENTABLE ACCORDING TO VRBO. Unusable front yard due to neglect, smoke alarms not working, that's illegal too Owner said she'd have someone come to fix them. That was a 9 day long lie. Disgusting experience!!! VBRO is supposedly finally assisting us on this complete rip off. Eligible to report property to NJ Housing and Fire Safety!

Amazing sunsets
This home was lovely for an escape on the beach. The views were amazing and the home was well equipped with necessities. Communication with the owners was quick and responsive. Only issue were small ants in one of the bedrooms, and slivers from the deck railing which were minor issues at best. Having a firepit and wood provided added a nice touch on a few nights for s'mores to end the day! Able to take a quick trip over to Wildwood to enjoy the big waves for a day and into Cape May for fun window shopping, both were a quick 15-20 minute easy commute. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked well for my older parents as well.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway
Wow! What a beautiful place. Between the cute decor, excellent furnishings, exceptional sunset views (including several dolphin sightings), fun games, and superb communication with the property owners; you can not go wrong with booking this place for your family beach vacation. Great time on the Bay!
We had a wonderful stay! The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat, especially with young kids. Our favorite spot in the house was the sunroom with the perfect view of beach and sunsets and cool breezes at night. Highly recommend!

Lovely waterfront getaway
We came for a long weekend in early spring, and the Villa offered us a wonderful getaway. The ocean is right on your doorstep, with opportunities for long walks on the beach in either direction. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and the delightful spectacle of dolphins swimming by. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Villa is very well-appointed. Plus, it's only minutes to Cape May and all of the area's wonderful sites for birdwatching and nature walks.

We have been fortunate to celebrate birthdays with family, enjoy the airport museum, take advantage of local wineries w our dogs, shopping, restaurants and relax on the beach. We have enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay and hearing our guests stories of their adventures during their visit to our vacation home!
