Why they chose this property

Great location with public access to the Bay. Plenty of room to relax and unwind. Great local restaurants and bayside bars, ice cream parlors, mini golf and only 15 minutes to beaches, boardwalk, wineries and breweries.

What makes this property unique

Delaware bay sunsets are spectacular. House is prepped for cooking, swimming, bay sunsets and plenty of room to spread out.
