(There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. This particular unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

The condo's sunlit interior features a rustic-chic vibe and wood finishes that immerse you in nature without sacrificing style or comfort. Early risers will love greeting the day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony. Its west-facing location also serves as an ideal spot to catch spectacular sunsets while sipping aprés-ski beverages in the afternoon. The full kitchen stands ready to serve your culinary whims with its stainless steel appliances. And in the evenings, you can forget your cares as you snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite series in the open living area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
