We're looking forward to welcoming future guests to this condo that has recently undergone a complete renovation under new ownership, with extensive updates to furnishings, décor, and overall comfort! While the property does not have air conditioning—as is common in most mountain towns—opening windows and using the provided clean, high-quality fans is usually enough to keep the condo comfortable even on warmer days. The layout includes a loft area and a bunk bed room, which are clearly described in the listing, and we provide detailed photos to help guests plan for group sizes. The condo has been carefully updated to maximize comfort and functionality, with new furnishings and beautiful thoughtful touches to ensure an enjoyable stay for families and groups. We encourage guests to review the layout and amenities to ensure it fits your group’s needs, and we’re confident you’ll enjoy this freshly renovated, well-located mountain retreat!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, as this is not the typical experience at this home. For future guests, we want to provide some helpful context. This condo is equipped with electric baseboard heating and a gas fireplace, both of which are designed to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature even during colder mountain conditions. Had we been made aware of any heating concerns during the stay, our team would have responded right away to inspect and resolve the issue. In this case, we did not receive notice until the day prior to departure, which unfortunately limited our ability to assist in real time. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The concerns mentioned here are not consistent with our standards, and we are addressing them directly with our housekeeping team to ensure everything meets expectations moving forward. Regarding the kitchen, the home is stocked to accommodate typical group use, but we are always happy to provide additional items when requested. We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us continue improving. Future guests can feel confident that our team is highly responsive and committed to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay—we’re always just a call or message away if anything needs attention during your visit.

Thank you for taking a moment to read past guest feedback. We want to assure future guests that this condo has recently undergone a complete renovation under new ownership, with many updates made to enhance both comfort and quality. The property now features new furnishings, updated beautiful décor, new fans, new blinds throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils and cookware for larger groups. In addition, the entire unit has been deep-cleaned and refreshed, including all bedrooms. While the building itself does not have air conditioning (a common feature in the area), the condo is now equipped with new, high-quality ceiling fans in the main bedrooms to keep air circulating comfortably during warmer days. We’re confident that these updates have significantly improved the guest experience, and we invite you to enjoy this beautifully renovated condo, ideally located for a comfortable and memorable mountain stay!

We’re glad to hear these guests enjoyed the convenient, quiet, and private location of the property — many guests appreciate those same qualities. We’d like to assure future guests that the cleaning and check-in delays mentioned here were an isolated situation that has since been fully addressed. Our housekeeping procedures and scheduling systems have been improved to prevent any overlap or late cleanings, ensuring properties are ready for check-in on time and in top condition. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and our team now conducts additional quality checks prior to each guest’s arrival.
