Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the Silo Rose House and property, as well as the outdoor seating areas and fire pit. We’re sorry to hear that the sofas were uncomfortable and that the den seating did not provide the relaxing experience you were hoping for. We understand how important comfortable seating is, especially when you’re looking forward to spending time relaxing indoors. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear the property had everything you needed and that you enjoyed the beautiful setting—watching the cows on the hillside is definitely a special touch. We completely understand your disappointment about not being able to use the fire pit due to the statewide fire ban. Safety is always our top priority, but we agree it would have been perfect for those chilly evenings. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and would love to welcome you back again—hopefully next time you’ll get to enjoy that fire pit! Take care, Sherrie
