*PLEASE READ AND LOOK AT PHOTOS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING*
Our cottage is so close to the beach you can walk there barefoot!
This is the perfect place for singles or couples, a 'get-away' for any occasion!
We are located on Hill Street, 1 mile south of Flagler avenue. Flagler has great restaurants, nightlife and unique fun shopping.
No busy streets to cross!
We are also within walking or biking distance from markets, convenience stores, great eateries and lots more shopping!
For a small fee, you can also drive on the beach!
Onsite parking, private entrance, use of the backyard with bbq.
Rental minimum 2 night stay - maximum 2 weeks.
Sorry, NO pets.
Our house is attached and we are nearby if you ever need anything. We respect your privacy and know this is your time to get-away so you will hardly know we're here.

We love living at the beach!
The powdery sand, watching the sunrise, collecting shells, boogie boarding, swimming, riding our bikes up and down the beach and sitting in the water watching the birds are some of the things we like to do.

Beach escape

My husband and I felt like we found a secret treasure at Bill and Sandy’s place. It was super clean and excellent indoor air quality, which is super important to us. The place had everything and more to use for the beach, shower, and kitchen. And literally it took us 30 seconds to step onto the beach. Both days, we enjoyed sitting on the beach and taking walks. Also, we appreciated the special treats set out for us: chips, cookies, and a few drinks. Thank you so much for having us Bill and Sandy. Great little cottage!

My daughter and I had a great stay at this little house by the beach. Everything was clean and cozy and nicely decorated! We appreciate Bill and Sandy’s hospitality and would totally come back and stay again! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Clean, close to beach

Everything about this home is what is advertised. However I did not care for the plastic mattress pad that made sleeping hot and uncomfortable. Air conditioner also turns off automatically when you are not moving.

Cute and Kitschy Beach Bungalow

What you see is what you get with this listing. This cottage is colorful and decorated with the beach in mind. It has everything you need for two people, including beach supplies and towels. It's just the right amount of space and is stocked with the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. There is lots of natural light. The unit was very clean and smelled fresh! Access to the property is very easy. The owner responded promptly to questions. The very best part is how close this little gem is to the beach - just steps away and the beach area is large. It was a perfect space for a weekend get away for two.

For two night stay very comfortable and had all we needed. Only suggestion would be bed needs replacing. Too worn and soft. Difficult for partner to sleep on.

Quiet and peaceful

On a quiet beach road, not much traffic. Cute backyard for relaxing. Owners were in the attached house the whole time but I only saw or heard them once. Bill was very reachable by text if you needed something. Kitchen/living room had lots of windows which for me made in cheery. Left lots of instructions where everything was

Never Again

Too many do's & don't's and A/C issues. Could hear the residents coughing and talking and it felt as if we were being watched, but in the description it said we wouldn't even know they were there. Also, misleading as to proximity to the beach.

Cozy Beach Cottage

Bill & Sandy thought of everything! You don’t need to bring anything except your clothes, swimsuit, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste. Cozy and very comfortable bed. I will stay here again.

This was exactly as described.... Close to the beach.... Very clean..... Sandy was super nice.... Back deck was nice to hang out on. I will book this again when we are in town!

Nice interior. Yard stunk like dog poop.

As VRBO property goes the location was great. The apartment was as advertised. The outside was a horror show. Clearly the owner doesnt pick up after their pet. That made it impossible to enjoy an otherwise cute yard. Trapped in the house. Wonkkie TV. If you need a great location on the beach, this is it. Just hold your nose and watch your step!

Fun week

Great location, close to the beach and only a one mile walk up the beach to Flaglar Avenue. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful patio and garden. Unfortunately it was cool and rainy but we still had a great time. We hope to be back next year!!

Great location and condo with all you need!

The landlord greeted us upon arrival. He saw to it that we could use the combination properly on the door. There is a binder that furnishes the information you will need. The landlord was very responsive to our text. He puts his text number on the frig. We found the condo furnished very nicely for our visit. There is also a patio for sunshine and fresh air, and a shady table under the trees. The location is very convienent to groceries, restaurants and parks to the north and south.

Immaculate by the beach house

This place was so artfully decorated in beach motif and very comfortable. Bill & Sandy make sure you have all you need and are extremely nice hosts. No detail is overlooked. Lovely place/lovely people and sweet dogs as well.

This cottage is adorable. It was a short walk to the beach.

The owners has this cottage decorated in beach decor, very Key West ! They left snacks and drinks including Kurig coffee pods for us to enjoy. There were beach chairs, towels and boogy boards for us to use. A very nice surprise! We will be back.

Sandy grew up in New Smyrna Beach and Bill in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Some of our favorites in life are our children, family, our grandsons, football and soccer, classic movies and relaxing at the beach!
Sandy is a vegan. Bill is a pizzatarian.

No busy streets to cross. We love living at the beach!
