Country vibe & close to town. Hot tub, sauna & great for large crowds. 3 distinct hangout areas & 3 fire places 1 wood, 2 gas). Open concept kitchen and separate dining area. Endless hot water, 4 bedrooms (3 King beds, 2 bunk beds - s x 3, dbl x 1 + pullout queen). Large spring-fed pond on 2.5 acres, there’s lots of room for play plus a fire pit and escarpment views. 3 new huge patios with BBQ. 5 min to Collingwood, 15 to Blue Mountain, 20 to Wasaga and 20 to Creemore, there’s so much to do during all 4 seasons around here!

It’s quiet, private and on a huge lot while being so close to Blue Mountain, Collingwood and Wasaga Beach! Best of all worlds in our opinion.
