I am sorry about the odor coming from the garbarator unfortunately the concierge forgot to ensure that last guests put it on as if food is left in there , it certainly is not pleasant . There is 4 queen beds but as noted in the listing there is only 3 bedrooms , the 4 th bed is in the lower level and not private . The home is over 2500 square feet so definitely accommodated 8 guests . The AC only works properly when windows and doors are closed otherwise it’s difficult to cool properly ( which seemed to be a bit of an issue until I called you to let you know from my phone app that doors / windows were possibly left open . The TVs all have Netflix ability and cable on several TVs . The spices and tin foil amd Saran Wrap and coffee are a “ courtesy “ and sometimes are not always fully available depending if concierge noticed this from supply drawer .
