Luxury Amenities in Canyons! Ski-in/Ski-out
Welcome to the Park City Slopeside Escala Lodges 408ABC Ski-in/out in the Escala Lodge in the Canyons Village at Park City! Located in the heart of the village base, you are just steps from a vibrant array of restaurants, shops, and exciting events, including occasional free concerts, ensuring you're always at the center of the action. Note: There is a $40/per day + tax resort fee that is due upon check in.
This resort-style condo spans 2,170 square feet and combines the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access with the comfort of upscale amenities. There are four bedrooms, all with en suites, and four and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
Upon arrival, you will check in at the front desk. Once checked in, you will take the elevator to the 4th floor, enter through the door and into an inviting entryway and spacious living area.
Living Area: Boasts with comfortable furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Entertainment options abound with a smart TV and a wet bar equipped with a wine fridge.
Dining Area: Gather around a wood table with cushioned chairs, offering seating for eight in a welcoming dining space perfect for any meal.
Kitchen: Prepare your meals in a gourmet kitchen featuring premium appliances like a SubZero refrigerator/freezer and a Wolf 5-burner gas range, complimented by granite countertops and a center island with seating for three.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Master Suite (Unit A) – Plush king bed, a cozy gas fireplace, LG TV with Xfinity cable and ensuite bathroom provides two sinks, shower, and a jetted tub.
Guest Suite 2 (Unit A) - Two twin beds, LG TV with Xfinity cable, and private bathroom with a shower.
Guest Suite 3 (Unit B) - King bed, LG TV with Xfinity cable, DVD player, a warm gas fireplace, desk if you need to get some work done, a wet bar with a mini fridge, Keurig and Drip coffee maker, and a microwave. The private bathroom has a soaking tub and shower. This unit can be accessed from within the condo or direct access from the hallway.
Guest Suite 4 (Unit C) - Two queen beds, LG TV with Xfinity cable, DVD player, gas fireplace, desk, and a wet bar with a mini fridge, Keurig and Drip coffee maker, and a microwave. There is also a private balcony with patio seating. The private bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. This unit can be accessed from within the condo or direct access from the hallway.

Community Amenities: Enjoy on-site dining at Escala Restaurant & Bar offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar menus. The Market offers freshly made specialty coffee, sandwiches, salads and more, when you're looking for a quick drink or bite to eat. Other amenities include a heated pool, hot tubs and a fitness center open year-round, and game room. From the ski room, you will have ski-in, ski-out access via the Sunrise chairlift and Retreat ski run. There is also electric vehicle charging stations on site in the communal garage.

This property was absolutely incredible and made our trip one of the best vacations we’ve ever had in Park City! If you’re a ski family, this is the perfect place to stay. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, knives, spices, and more, which made cooking throughout the week effortless and enjoyable.The amenities were outstanding, and having access to the hotel’s amenities—including the ski valet—made everything so convenient. With the Sunshine Gondola just around the corner at the base, it truly delivered one of the best ski-in/ski-out experiences we’ve ever had.Our family had a phenomenal week and loved coming back to our “home” each day to relax and spend quality time together. We’re already looking forward to staying here again soon!

The Unit is fabulous, Park City is NOT
I want to make clear that the unit is fabulous, but when Vail Corp decides to have a labor dispute and severely limits its operations this is no longer a ski in- ski out unit. I would not recommend Park City, wish this unit was at a different mountain.
