Stay comfortably in Livingston at this 4-bedroom house. This charming and welcoming property offers a delightful retreat for guests. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 5 twin beds, everyone will find a cozy spot to rest. The house features a game room with large screen TV, TV's in two bedrooms and the livingroom, WiFi, an iron, a washing machine, AC, a hair dryer, and heating. The 2.5 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Additionally, there is an extra daybed in the upstairs foyer for additional sleeping. There is a fire pit and a spacious back yard! Plenty of room to play and park. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Livingston, Dale Hollow Lake and our house have to offer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Just a friendly reminder check out is promptly at 10 am. Your code will no longer work after this time. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher with dishwasher soap pod and start.
All trash is bagged before placing in outside trash can. If you would like to start a load of laundry of used towels (soap pod and vinegar in start of wash), APPRECIATED, but NOT required.
IF YOU LEAVE BEFORE 10AM, PLEASE LET US KNOW. We have enjoyed hosting you and hope to have you visit again. Thank you, Dawn
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please use provided make-up wash clothes. If towels are ruined by make-up, there will be a charge.
Do not use decorative pillows. Extra pillows in closets.
Pets must be kenneled at all times when you are away from the home.
