The Posh- Downtown by the square & park

Welcome to The Posh! A fun and unique newly remodeled guesthouse. 2 bedroom home with a covered front porch. Located in the center of town, less than a 2-minute drive to local restaurants & shopping (or a 15-minute walk to the square). We offer a large paved driveway, suitable for boats and or trailers. Lots of outdoor space with a firepit. A 24-minute trip to Dale Hollow Lake. We are 20 minute drive to Cookeville.

The space
-1st and 2nd bedrooms each have a queen bed.
-Living room has a air bed
-The bathroom has a tile tub/shower combo, equipped with a starter kit of supplies: Toilet paper, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Outside:
Enjoy a peaceful evening by the fire while you overlook the scenic wood view in the backyard or relax by the lights on the private deck. If it is raining, hang out on the front covered porch.

No need to worry about parking! We offer a very large driveway that is perfect for several vehicles.

The driveway, backyard, and firepit area are shared with the main house. Please do not block any vehicles from being able to come and go.


Other things to note
-Must be 21 years old to book. The person booking the property is required to stay at the property for the entire length of the stay.

-Only people booked to stay are allowed at the property.

-This is a residential area.

-Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

-Please bring your own wood/supplies if you would like to enjoy the firepit.

-The driveway and the firepit area are shared with the main house.

-A 24-minute trip to Dale Hollow Lake. We are 20 minute drive to Cookeville.

-For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house.

-We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please plan accordingly to bring items you may need.

If house rules and checkout instructions are not followed, guests will be charged additional fees at checkout.

Every room in the guest house was so detailed with charming decor. The guest house was bright and colorful. Warm and inviting. Will definitely come back in the summer!

Place was very clean. Conveniently located with lots of stores and food nearby. Would have been rated 5 stars but the bathroom sink was smaller than a shoebox. Im 6'3 and my head touched the ceiling in the shower and the showerhead came out chest level at best. The beds were pretty cheap and seemed like full sized to me not queens. It would have also been nice to have tv's in the rooms

Super cute apartment

The house was adorable, very clean, and the owner communicated greatly. There was a problem with a power outage due to storms and the owner addressed it immediately. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Short but Nice

Place was neat and clean. Had everything, and a little more in this two bedroom unit that one needed for a pleasant stay. We loved the porch deck overlooking the park. Great place to rest and enjoy a cool evening or drink that first cup of coffee in the morning. The bath/shower stall could use a hand-bar to hold onto for the older guests that we were.

Adorable Guest House

This property was absolutely adorable - even cuter than the pictures! It was such a happy and cheerful experience! The bed linens were nicely made, the bathroom was clean with a large tub, and the kitchen had plenty of coffee! We ended up staying an extra night, and securing that night was easy. The property is located in a neat, safe spot in town. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed watching the ballgames across the street.

Family Memorial

Great location. Cute lil place. Need to make the couch a hide a way. We had 3 people. Says it slept 4. Needs Sidewalk/walkway to back door. But otherwise. Cute place. Very clean!!
