Outside is nothing short of perfect as the house is on one acre of property....the backyard provides all the space needed for a family to enjoy the nice weather and scenery that the valley provides.

The home was beautiful and the views were amazing. We were able to watch the jets taking off and performing stunts from the balcony. The nights on this property are breath-taking with clear views of bright stars.

My house is positioned on the apex of the neighborhood which provides a 360 degree view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Additionally I have the best neighbors in the world…my community is quiet, serene and only has 4 houses in it
