The Space

Beautifully decorated, light, and airy, this single-story home feels just as inviting inside as it does out. Two separate living spaces give everyone room to spread out, while the kitchen and dining areas create natural places to come together. And just outside, the pool, hot tub, and lake views turn the backyard into the true centerpiece of the stay.

🌴 Lakefront Backyard

The backyard is where you'll want to spend your Arizona days, with the lake sitting directly beyond the pool and creating a beautiful backdrop from morning through evening.

Cool off in the private pool, soak in the hot tub/Jacuzzi, or settle beneath the covered patio and take in the lake view. At the water's edge, two chairs and a small table create a peaceful little sitting area—perfect for morning coffee or winding down while overlooking the lake.

Fire up the BBQ for dinner outside, gather around the fire pit after dark, or simply spend the afternoon between the pool and grassy yard.

Please note: The pool is not heated and is not fenced.

Throughout the home, you'll find five Smart TVs, board games, a dart board, and a Taylor acoustic guitar for anyone inspired to play a little music during the stay.

The Fire Stick serves as the main remote for the living room and blue guest bedroom TVs.

Guest Access

🔑 Guests have private access to the single-story home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchen, laundry facilities, and private backyard.

Guests may also use the pool, hot tub, covered patio, BBQ grill, fire pit, grassy yard, and outdoor seating.
Driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles, with additional free street parking available.
The garage is not available for guest use.
