This was an excellent home base for our stay in Renton. The house is convenient to downtown Renton and The Landing, as well as several grocery stores and restaurants. The house was well-stocked with most items, including laundry soap, which was nice! The host was also very responsive. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen could use some more flatware. Overall, I would recommend!

This was a great stay! It was spacious and comfortable for our large group! The kitchen had everything we needed and the two living rooms was nice to have. The house was very clean and easy to find! Our stay at Mike’s property was overall a really positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the home was exactly as pictured, warm, inviting, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet the location was still very convenient with shopping and other essentials close by, making it easy to get around during our stay.One thing we especially appreciated was how seamless the check-in process was. Mike was a stellar host, accommodating, thoughtful, and very responsive whenever we had questions. Communication was easy, from start to finish, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience.The layout of the property was also a major plus. Everything being on one level with no stairs made access incredibly easy, especially when loading and unloading luggage. That added convenience made the stay even more appealing and comfortable.While the property could benefit from a few enhancements to elevate the overall experience, there was nothing during our stay that required immediate attention. I shared a few suggestions with Mike, and he was very open to feedback and seemed sincere about addressing the areas for improvement, which was appreciated.Overall, this rental offers very good value for the cost; between the convenient location, quiet surroundings, easy access, and kind, attentive host, I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.

Great place to stay!

The house was updated, clean and well cared for. Lots of extra towels, linens and toiletries. My daughter enjoyed playing the Pac-Man machine. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent experience here. Everything was very clean, there were abundant supplies, and the host was super-responsive. I wondered if they were already typing their response before I hit send - ha!There were two conversation areas which was a bonus. Both had nice sized smart TVs with enough apps loaded to have many choices. The main bedroom also had a good sized TV.It was just a great place to stay and it was so nice to have laundry stuff available so I didn't have to run out and get some. We had a great 5 days there with our Aussie friends and would happily stay there again.

Nice House - Lots of Room

We had a good time visiting with our daughter, her hubby, and our one-year-old granddaughter. There was enough room for them to visit with us, and she loved the fenced backyard. The home is very clean, lots of space, good parking, and a great host!

Cute, clean home perfect for our group of 5.

Super clean home with easy access to highways. Mike provided loads of extra towels and supplies. Minimalist aesthetic but still felt like a home. Equally comfortable for my 76-year old mom and our 2 boys, 9 & 12. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cozy, Comfy and Clean!

The pictures of this property on the website were 100% accurate. It was spacious and attractive and very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay there again if we ever needed to be in Seattle. Mike was very attentive to our questions. Gaining entrance was easy when we arrived late at night. There is a nice big laundry room that came in handy. The kitchen was perfectly laid out as part of a great room situation that included a living and dining area as well as counter seating. We loved it! Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we were unable to enjoy the outside space.
