Beach Vibes, Beachfront Penthouse, Pelican Beach Resort

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are so thrilled to hear that your family had such a great experience and that the condo was clean and the amenities were perfect. Having multiple pools and an onsite cafe right there for families with young children is such a wonderful perk and we love that it made everything so much more convenient for you. We are also so glad our team was responsive throughout your stay as that is always a top priority for us. We would absolutely love to welcome your family back again soon!

What a wonderful way to celebrate your 60th birthday! We are so thrilled to hear that the view blew you away from the moment you walked in and that everything was even better than the pictures. That is truly the best feeling for us as hosts! We are also so glad that everything was up and running smoothly during your stay in the week following the hurricane. We hope it was an absolutely unforgettable celebration and we would love to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the comfort of the condo and especially the patio setup—it's one of our favorite spots to unwind too. It's great to know the beds and sofa helped you relax after sunny beach days, and we're so glad the location worked out perfectly for your stay. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo, the spacious layout, and the comfy beds. We appreciate the feedback about the remotes and will make sure directions are easier to find for future guests. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind words — we're so glad you had an amazing stay at Beach Vibes! We completely understand the frustration with the elevator experience. Since the elevator is managed by the resort itself and not by our property management team, it’s unfortunately out of our control. However, we’ve shared your feedback with the resort so they know about the guest experience. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re thrilled to hear your family had a great vacation and that you enjoyed the beautiful top floor views, comfortable beds, updated living spaces, and easy beach access. We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the bathrooms and washer/dryer. We’re sorry those areas didn’t fully meet expectations and will make sure they’re reviewed with our team so we can continue improving the guest experience. It means a lot to hear you would consider returning, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again for another beach getaway!

We are so happy you and your wife had a wonderful time, thank you for your kind words!

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo and appreciate you sharing your experience. We understand how having an ice maker would have been more convenient, and we’ll definitely pass that suggestion along to the owner. We also apologize for the inconvenience with only one elevator in operation during your stay — we know that can be frustrating, especially during busy times. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future!

Thank you for a wonderful review! We love this property as well, and it is definitely one of our guest favorites. While we are so happy that you had a great stay, we would have loved the opportunity to help you with the maintenance items you listed! We do have a full time maintenance staff who are happy to help 7 days a week to change any lightbulbs. We corrected the flickering light bulb the day you called us about it. Our electronic lock is a very secure lock and will not work with an additional deadbolt. The sliding door lock and TP holder were both repaired during your stay. We try to respond quickly so that you can have a stress free vacation and focus on the beach annd rays. BBV
