Overall just a wonderful place to stay! I’m very very picky about cleanliness and this space was spotless! The beds were so comfortable and we slept soundly every night! Giovanna was extremely helpful with her communication and recommendations! I would highly recommend!

Giovanna was an absolutely wonderful host! The property was exactly as described — clean, beautiful, and in a perfect location. We loved being just steps from the beach with such a gorgeous view, and it was so convenient to everything in Destin. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Giovanna made the entire stay easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Our trip and accommodations were great. The facility was well maintained, pool was great. The stroll to the beach is easy. Our rental unit was well maimed, clean, and well stocked. We had beach gear that was great. Our host was excellent. Any questions answered almost immediately and their suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. We plan to return again next year with a longer stay. Shout out to the Back Porch for great seafood!

Giovanna’s place is gorgeous. It is spacious, inviting and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony is stunning, beach in the background and the relaxing sound of the fountains on the lake are such a welcome sound after a day on the beach. Beds are very comfortable, so important. Kitchen has everything you could think of, it is truly like home. It is also perfectly located if you want to explore the area after a morning on the beach or pool. We especially liked going to the jetties for sunset and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay at our condo at the Terrace at Pelican Beach resort. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. and bathroom. The beach toys and beach supplies were great to have for my three kids. We enjoyed using the hot tubs and pools at all three of the different buildings in this resort.We give this place a thumbs up!

Fulf Coast Getaway

This was a wonderful 2 bedroom condo with great views of both the Gulfcoast and toward the Destin harbor area. The condo was very clean and neatly prepared. We had all of the items that we needed to prepare and cook several meals. Overall this was an excellent choice and location for our get away.

Beach stay in Destin

We enjoyed staying at the property. Thought it was going to be a little closer to the beach, but the walk wasn’t bad at all. We were very fortunate and had fantastic weather while we were there. Location was very convenient to restaurants and anything else we needed.

Hi Stephanie, Thanks for the 5 stars review. Very happy to hear you guys enjoyed your stay. Yes the distance between the building and the beach is not bad at all. A very short pleasant 2 minutes steps on the boardwalk. Being a beachside unit within a beachfront resort is a big plus, there are no streets to cross, and it’s very safe for children and elderly, a family favorite. The views from the unit are outstanding anywhere you look. The location is surely a huge plus being so close to everything and not having to fight traffic to pickup something from the grocery store or going to great restaurants and shopping. Some guests don’t even rent a car it’s so close. We’ve very fortunate to have a beachfront and a beachside unit in the resort. Destin is truly stunning. We enjoyed taking good care of you guys. Birthday Getaway for Mom!

The property looked just like the pictures! It was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing! The host was very nice easily accessible if we needed to communicate with her. There was a beach setup with toys that my daughter really enjoyed playing with on the beach. Everything was wonderful!

I was born and raised in Italy, I'm a professional portrait artist, a mom of 3. Blessed with a wonderful family. Years ago I came to Destin for a visit, felt in love with the beach and with the man I married. Later we moved to Las vegas for his work and that's where we currently reside. A day hasn't passed that we don't dream of being in Destin instead. We fly back as often as we can. Destin is our happy place, a place to paint, write, enjoy the spectacular nature, relax and get inspired. I could spend days on the balcony overlooking the amazing colors of the coast. If sunbathing on the white beaches, or the early morning walks on the shoreline, swimming the clear waters, eating at our favorite restaurants, boating, fishing, crabbing, we always find ways to make lifetime memories. As a Sicilian native, I'm passionate about life. I love people and my guests and I treat them and treat everyone with respect and dignity like they are like they are my own . I truly enjoy and take seriously the art of hospitality. Hope to make your experience a very pleasant one.
