Convenient location great amenities

There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. We had to be at the Mall of America several times throughout our stay. This location was perfect for that. I also loved the walking path right behind the house.

DIRTY DIRTy Do not stay here!

The host is a slumlord. The house is full of trash. I've contested with my credit card and I've a complaint with VRBO. I talked with the neighbor who said other guests have complained.

WARNING ... DON'T RENT TO THESE PEOPLE! LOTS OF DAMAGE. Their dog had diarrhea all over a $1750 Silk 12 x 14 area and 12 x 16 runner. which they had hidden them in the basement. which in return urine/diarrhea damaged my hardwood floor.. They left the place a pigsty..trash piles, piles of garbage... wrappers, pizza boxes, left a washing machine of dirty clothes, dirty dishes , dirty pots and pans, broke the legs of a $2300 leather couch, left food on counter and in refrigerator with lots of fruit flys. left the NEW range oven dirty!

Was what we needed

We needed a place for my family of 5 people, 2 dogs and 2 cats. This house met our needs. We had a bit of trouble checking in due to the app not allowing the extra day. The house did not have a broom or vacuum for us to help keep the home clean during our 13 day stay. We had our own as we were moving so we used that. For a shorter stay not a problem. The owner was still doing some updates which was a bit inconvenient as we couldn’t use the island. The house was clean when we got there and the owner was responding as we needed her. Overall a good day and gave us a roof while we were between homes.
