This memorable condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Fort Myers Beach. Fabulous location, at the exclusive "Sandarac" complex on the quiet south end of Estero Island. You will not have to walk, drive or travel to the beach because this property is "on" the beach! This enjoyable property offers a stunning, million dollar view of the white sand beach and will leave guests in awe. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the screened-in lanai of our eighth floor condo. You will love spending time on morning beach walks or enjoying your morning coffee on the peaceful lanai. You will appreciate having direct, private access to the beach. It is the deepest section of continuous sand on Fort Myers Beach.
We just completed a full professional remodel of this condo and you can be one of the first to enjoy the beautiful quartz countertops, porcelain tile floors and new appliances. Includes washer and dryer for your convenience.

CVS Pharmacy is conveniently located across the street and Publix is less than 2 miles away. If you want to venture off the Island for golf, there are many courses within a short distance. When you need a break from the beach, it is just a short drive to downtown Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples for shopping, dining or nightlife.
