Naples Florida es considerada por muchos como la joya de la corona del suroeste de Florida. LaScala se encuentra en la prístina playa de Vanderbilt, junto a LaPlaya, con vistas directas a la bahía y al golfo. Los condominios LaScala se ubican en las aguas de la bahía del canal del Golfo de México y ofrecen a los huéspedes hermosas vistas de la playa de Vanderbilt al otro lado de la calle. Este condominio en el tercer piso, bellamente decorado, tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana con un baño principal espacioso que ofrece tocador con doble lavabo, vestidor, bañera de jardín y ducha separada. La habitación tiene 2 camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana y vistas al golfo. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana con vistas a la playa de Vanderbilt. La sala de estar es espaciosa, con sala de estar, comedor y terraza con mosquitero.

El lanai con mosquitero tiene mesa y sillas para relajarse, ver el amanecer, botes y ver a los delfines y manatíes jugar en las aguas de la bahía del canal. La cocina es grande con asientos en el rincón del desayuno y está totalmente equipada para su conveniencia para cocinar. El condominio cuenta con balcón frontal con asientos y vistas al océano, televisores con cable y acceso a internet.

This third-floor unit is directly across from the elevator making access a breeze. Parking for two cars was provided. Our host let us know that a problem with the lock code developed but keys were provided. The unit was well stocked and very roomy--it easily accommodated all six of us comfortably on a poor weather day. The lanai was also very large and offered panoramic views of the bay side. The pool and hot tub were clean, beach access was right across the street, and a nice touch was the beech items (toys, chairs, umbrella, canopy) provided. When a bathroom pocket door fell off its track, the host had a handyman out the next day to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and Private

This is a beautiful place, wonderfully decorated, and peaceful! Beach was very quiet with easy access. The condo balcony was a terrific view of the inlet bay, sunrises and passing boats. The owner was easy for any communication and there were zero issues with anything from the condo. Lots of restaurants are close and the bigger part of Naples is not far. Was a 10 out of 10 for us!

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The location and condo was perfect. Due to the hurricane the hot top was not working so that was the only downside. We enjoyed the beach, pool and local restaurants.

Great Location

We were very satisfied with our stay at LaScala. It was what we expected and we were not disappointed. Lots of room, a great view from the balcony, and steps away from the pool and the beach. Lots of beach stuff as well. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Quick walk to the beach, plenty of beach items (beach towels, good chairs and easy to put up umbrella), tubes/noodles for floating, along with a volleyball and football. Easy building to navigate and quiet location just steps from the beach. The beach area wasn’t highly populated, which is exactly what we prefer. The condo was clean, master bed slept great and I was pleased to find that the washer/dryer was inside the condo. The owner was efficient in her communication as well. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great location & beautiful property!

I stayed at this property with my husband, 3 boys: ages 15, 20, & 21 and my mother. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also decorated very nicely. It was in a great location with a small private pool, hot tub and beach directly across the street. It is located within a short easy drive of the popular shopping areas and restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful,quiet location

Despite widespread hurricane damage that North Naples continues to recover and rebuild from, we had a wonderful stay for our first time in the area! We loved our direct bay access (saw dolphins, jelly fish, Sheepshead) and the ocean is right across the street and uncrowded in that location. There are many beach toys, chairs, etc for guests' enjoyment on the screened lanai. The building was quiet, even during the holidays (though the few people we met were very friendly) and our particular unit was large, extremely clean, and nicely decorated, with many thoughtful touches. Before you purchase paper supplies/silverware/shampoo/conditioner/body wash, check to see if stocked already--there are plenty of unused items in the kitchen and in both bathrooms that we found after we purchased those items (and ended up leaving our unopened items for the next lucky guests!) The pool was freezing, presumably due to the streak of unseasonable weather, but by the last day of our stay it was warm, clean, and lovely! Maria was very friendly and responsive and even discounted our stay for the non working elevator (likely hurricane related) with the condo being on 3rd floor. Taking the stairs was our only option and this is something to keep in mind if you or a guest is handicapped or otherwise physically disabled. We loved our experience and can't wait to return.

Advertised no damage to complex, though there was

The location is lovely and the apartment is furnished and decorated nicely. However, our concern was that we booked two months after Hurricane Ian and did so based on the ad "no damage to the condo or the complex". This was not a true representation. We paid the full amount upfront. A couple of weeks later, the owner/manager said that she just found out that the elevator was broken and that it might not be working when we arrive. She said that if we wanted to cancel, we would have to file an insurance claim or that she would give us a discount if we still wanted to come. Our travel insurance, like any others, is only for issues related to events that occur after a booking, not for an inaccurate listing. Prior to our arrival, I asked on three different occasions what the discount would be. I never got an answer, even when I told her that one of our party of four (people in our 70s) would not be able to come without the use of an elevator. Since we had already paid, we could not cancel. When we arrived, we learned that the elevator had not been in use since the hurricane in September and that it would not be repaired until after our stay. During our stay, I reached out to VRBO and told them that I couldn't get a response from the owner/manager regarding the discount and asked what remedy we would have. They contacted the owner and she finally offered a $300 refund, about 5% of what we paid for the rental. She again said we should try to file an insurance claim. I don't think what she offered was fair compensation but more importantly, we would not have booked this property in the first place had we known that we wouldn't have an elevator. The apartment is four stories up from the parking garage. With a vacancy following our stay, she continued to advertise no damage.

Great place to stay

The building & area were fantastic. The access to the beach couldn't have been easier. the Host Maria did a great job communicating with us during the booking of the unit. The views of the intercoastal water from the 3rd floor were terrific. The only complaint we had during our entire stay was that the beds were very noisy, creaked and made strange sounds every time you moved. Otherwise, we were very happy!

Wonderful beach condo

We had a wonderful time at La Scala. Perfect location, you can be on the beach in seconds, with gorgeous views of the backwater. The apartment has everything you need including beach chairs and pool toys. The kids loved it and it felt like home. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This property was one of the best we have stayed out so far. Although it was a typically humid Florida summer, the unit was very comfortable overall and very well equipped. The property manager was very responsive and the property owner was amazing! You can clearly see the care and detail in all they do. The view of the bay out the back window was stunning (fishing off of the dock is fun too), and it was an incredibly beautiful, very short and easy walk to the beach across the street. We have stayed in other condos directly on the beach where the walk was longer. It is in close proximity to anything you would like to do in Naples; we visited the Artis museum, Fifth Avenue shops, state parks, wonderful restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this property!

Great location for beach lovers

My family and I recently stayed for a week. The condo was clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The short walk across the street to the beach was perfect for our family and it was just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time!

2nd Stay at La Scala

We first found this property last year when trying to plan a family trip to Naples. The layout of this condo and access to everything is exactly what we were hoping for. Our 2nd stay felt like we were coming home. Plenty of room and steps from the beach

Perfect condo and location for us!

This was the 2nd time we’ve rented this condo and it was another great vacation! The location of the condo near the beach and everything Naples has to offer was so great that we already booked it again for next year. If you love the beach, this is the place to stay.
