Book your stay at Gullwing 405, a spacious corner-unit condo with expansive Gulf views from one of the most sought-after resort-style properties on Estero Island.

Located on the quiet southern end of the island, Gullwing offers direct beach access to seven miles of sugar-white sand, with easy walking distance to local restaurants, a CVS Pharmacy, Publix, a marina, and trolley service to Times Square, Lovers Key, and nearby shopping and dining.

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bath condo offers over 2,000 square feet of bright, coastal living. Step inside to a welcoming foyer and hallway with recessed lighting and artwork niches. Vinyl plank flooring runs throughout, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, oversized smart TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide every modern convenience.

The chef’s kitchen features solid-surface counters, stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator, and a large pantry. A glass-top dining table seats six in the bay-windowed dining area, with four additional cushioned stools at the breakfast bar. A second bar counter with wine fridge and safe adds functionality. The living room features a new L-shaped sleeper sofa, coffee table, accent chair, and large flat-screen TV, all framed by stunning Gulf views.

The primary suite offers a king-size bed, smart TV, dresser, floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony access, and a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate water closet, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, and TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds, dresser, and TV. A shared guest bathroom has a doorless walk-in shower with a ceiling rain head and granite vanity.

Resort amenities include a heated pool, spa, beachside chair and umbrella rentals, gas grills, and luggage carts. Secure parking is available but limited.*

The condo had everything we needed. Kitchen utensils, extra blankets, towels, beach equipment. The views were absolutely stunning! There was only one moment of confusion when we didn’t see parking tags for our vehicle in the rental. When we reached out, no one addressed this - but as we didn’t get tower, ticketed or talked to - it clearly wasn’t a big deal. Would love to stay again!

The condo was excellent, beautiful, clean and comfortable! The view and the beach did not disappoint! We were impressed by how large the beach was!We had a little confusion on how to access the condo as we received 2 different sets of instructions but we made a call to the management company and Linda was excellent and clarified it for us!Overall, 100% happy and we will certainly be back!

This is a beautiful unit! The furnishings are all very comfortable, it’s very clean & updated & it is a great floor plan. The view of the beach is great! The screened in lanai was really nice, we enjoyed eating breakfast there. The area is still recovering from the hurricanes of the past few years, which really had devastating impact on this place. There is still a lot of construction & buildings in need of repair throughout the area. This building did have construction noise during the day and areas roped off, but most public areas were not affected. (The only exception during our stay was the gym.) The front of the building was covered in a tarp, but thankfully the side facing the beautiful beach was not. Overall, our stay wasn’t impacted by these things, but it was part of our first impression. All quickly forgotten when we entered the beautiful unit & saw the view!

Hidden Treasure

This place is beautiful. The condo made us truly feel as if we were on vacation. Came with plenty of amenities to take care of your beach needs. Although construction was taking place our family wanted to make this our family vacation spot. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The area was rebuilding so there were not a lot of activities and franchise restaurants but the local restaurants were fabulous. Truly this place is a hidden treasure

Family time

This condo was perfect for our family trip. My husband and I brought my 78 year old mother as well as our 23 year old daughter to enjoy a quiet beach vacation. The condo was spacious allowing ample space to spread out as well as gather together. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area but was a quick uber ride when we wanted to go eat and have drinks. The beach is fabulous and offered breath taking sunset views. Would highly recommend this condo and will definitely book it again!

Great condo! Very up to date! Like new! Beach awesome! Very spacious condo!Minor construction still going on but not really a bother. Beach chairs and umbrella service for 33 per day was nice. Condo had other beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc was nice! We ate out all dinners but 2 nights….kitchen well stocked! Easy beach access, and overall facilities very nice.Kitchen counters, drawers and appliance handles were sticky, and a few hairs in shower was really the only negative we could think of….great condo! Would highly recommend!

Beach Views

Unit was perfect for our family of 5. The layout was great. View was breathtaking! Master was really nice, with floor to ceiling windows. It provided the perfect view of the beach/ocean. Closet & bathroom were big! Kitchen & living room layout was awesome. High-end finishes. Laundry was used and appreciated. We loved the heated pool & hot tub. Beach was huge and beautiful! Collected lots of seashells each morning on our daily walks! Weight room and tennis courts were not open during our stay due to construction. Bikes were available but we did not use them. Lobby was open all the time so I don’t think you need to stop at the lockbox to grab key cards. Keyless entry to the unit worked great! Plenty of parking spots were available at all times. There is an ice machine by the pool area which is so nice to have for coolers. You will need your own beach towels. Only con was the construction noise in buildings beside us but that’s to be expected. We would love to return to Gullwing and this unit again!!

Check in process was a bit confusing. Lock box instructions that was located at a different location. When we tried the lock box it was empty. Luckily the door code worked to get in. Condo was beyond amazing.

Loved this property. Right on the beach and great amenities. We took advantage of the pool, tennis court, and bikes. Unfortunately there was some construction going on so it was a little loud, but other than that the unit is fully renovated & was super clean. We loved the space and the balcony overlooking the beach. It was 6 women and we were all comfortable here. My only suggestion would be better communication with the host. It was very difficult to get ahold of anyone through message or email. It made picking up the keys a bit confusing. Other than that, it was an exceptional stay!

Beautiful upscale condo

This condo is exactly as posted, probably more stunning in person. Both of our teens said "wow" when we got there. It was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of room. The Publix nearby and umbrella chair service right out back ($30/day for 1 umbrella and 2 chairs) were very convenient. The pool was sparkling as well. I wasn't sure what to think about heading back to Ft. Myers post Ian. There is certainly a lot of construction and work to do, but right now there is plenty of amazing restaurants with really good live music and of course the beautiful beach. Restaurants seemed very affordable and not that crowded, and the traffic was light (we were there on perfect weather June weekdays). It is a good time to get back to Ft. Myers and support these businesses. My only suggestion would be to swap out the porch table with a counter-high one, so that spectacular sunset view can be better enjoyed with the eyes above the railing.

Lovely property

Condo was well stocked and lovely. Fort Meyers Beach is still in the midst of a major rebuild post hurricane which meant there wasn't much to do when the weather was bad. We had terrible weather, but still managed to have fun. Being in a nice condo helped!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was perfect. The view amazing. The pool was great. The beach was beautiful and the umbrella service made sitting on the beach in 90+ temperatures enjoyable. As stated in the description, there was noise due to the renovation of other units. It was fine for us because we were typically at the pool or beach. Recommend discussing with property manager to estimate the impact to your stay based on when you are looking to book.

Nice property, great view

Great view, did not like having to drive to an offsite location to pick up and drop off keys. Also parking passes were not in the room like they were supposed to be. But the room itself was great and perfect for our needs. Awesome view and beach was not crowded. Pool & grill area were really nice too! Also there is a washer/dryer in the unit even though I couldn’t find it in the advertisement. That was a very nice bonus!

Great beach spot

We were looking for a spot to replace our beach spot we usually go to (red tide🙁). This place was great. The layout is spacious and was more than enough for my husband and I. The balcony was lovely, though it is close to the pool and can be noisy, it was still awesome to sit on at night when the pool was closed. Sunsets over the water can't be beat. The beach was very low traffic. We saw stingrays, manatees and dolphins swim by. The bedroom door seemed to be stuck, so we just didn't use it. Some of the beach chairs fell apart when we opened them, but they had a great assortment of beach toys, floaties, and 2 chairs that were perfect for us. We even found a foam cooler in the room to keep our lunch cold at the beach. Our onky complaint is that the upstairs neighbors were renovating. At one point they jackhammered for a good 20min and it was so loud we could not hear ourselves talk. We would have left, but it was raining. Probably should of headed to the nearest bar, but we were exhausted from the beach and wanted a nap. We ended up knocking on the door and they informed us they were almost done. Every morning after that we would hear some sort of banging at 7am. I'm sure the condo above will look lovely after, but we sure wish they'd have waited to renovate. Overall it was a lovely property.
