You will find Villa Francesca just a short walk from Hydra harbor on the coast road just before Kamini Harbor. This traditional house facing the sea was built in the 1950s and was fully restored recently. It measures 200 sq.m. and is set in a beautiful Mediterranean garden of citrus, olive, cypress and bougainvillea trees.

The house configuration includes three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one large living room with a fireplace, a sleeping alcove ideal for children, and a large kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace. Three separate terraces complement the living spaces of the house: just outside the kitchen, a large bougainvillea shaded terrace with a dining table for 12, next to bedroom 2 a jasmine/wisteria shaded terrace with a hammock and next to the living room an uncovered terrace with breathtaking views! Every room of the house faces west and enjoys an unobstructed view of the sunset, sea and the islands of Dokos and Spetses.

Only 500 meters from the port of Hydra and 200 meters from the port of Kamini the house combines the perfect quiet whilst having easy access to the best restaurants and beaches of the island. There are only 20 steps from the main coast road. The closest beach is at Castello, approximately 300 meters from the house.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with serious cooks in mind, a Weber bbq and a wood-burning oven. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and 2 of them have ceiling fans. WiFi, a Bluetooth enabled sound system and TVs with Netflix are provided.

Bedroom 1: 20 sq meters with queen size bed, six windows and sea views, 32” TV, ceiling fan and AC.

Bedroom 2: 14 sq meters with queen size bed and sea views, ceiling fan and AC. Opens to a private wisteria covered terrace. Hammock.

Bedroom 3/sleeping alcove: with one or two single beds and sea views, fan.

Bedroom 4: 20 sq meter with a king size bed plus a sleeping foldout sofa. Sea and garden view, AC and TV.


Living Room: 40 square meters with two sleeping couches 110 by 250 mm and a traditional Hydra couch 90 by 190 mm; 4 windows also with sea view, AC, ceiling fans and fireplace. It can accommodate 3 people. 53” TV, HiFi, WiFi, DVD, movie library. Opens to a very private terrace with uninterrupted views.

Kitchen: 40 square meters, 3 windows with sea view. Modern electric kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, utility room. Dinning table, sleeping couch and fireplace. Opens to a large outdoor bougainvillea shaded terrace. Dining area for 12. Outdoor wood-burning oven.


Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

Towels and linen changed twice a week. Daily maid service. Additional maid/babysitting service available at extra cost upon request
