Down By the Seaside on beautiful Hatteras Island is just 3 lots from the beach, boasting breathtaking ocean views. You and your family can spend your days enjoying the beach, just a short walk away via the convenient community boardwalk access. Guests will also enjoy use of the Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility!

The mid level offers all four bedrooms, laundry, and deck access with a hot tub. Both king bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bath, while the two other bedrooms (one with 1 double bunk bed, the other with 1 pyramid bunk, 1 double trundle, and 1 twin bed) have access to a full hall bath.

The top level offers a spacious great room to accommodate your family when spending time together recapping the day's activities or enjoying game night. This level also boasts a convenient full bath, as well as an electric fireplace to enjoy the ambience all year. Step out onto the furnished sun deck to enjoy views of the ocean and the Avon Fishing Pier complex.

Close to a grocery store, the Avon Fishing Pier, and a variety of restaurants and shopping for the entire family, Down By The Seaside offers everything you need for a great vacation!

Down By The Seaside is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
