Located in Romes historic center in the popular Trastevere neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of popular Rome landmarks, shopping, cafes and restaurants. The Trastevere is lively, especially at night, but the apartment remains very quiet.
This inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment sleeps 4 guests. Located on the ground floor of an elegant building, the apartment has a cozy, quaint feeling while each room is quite spacious.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and seating area. Relax and enjoy the wall mounted TV or catch up on emails with the Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is compact, yet equipped with every amenity needed to prepare delicious meals. A full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffeemaker await you. Youll find plenty of cabinet storage space for dishes and utensils.
The dining area is conveniently located between the living room and the kitchen. The dining room table seats four.
The two bedrooms are large and tastefully decorated. Both are equipped with giant wardrobe armoires so you will have ample space to unpack your belongings. Each bedroom has a queen size bed to ensure a tranquil night of rest. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms for total privacy.
The bathrooms both feature showers, sinks, and toilets. The towel warming racks provide an extra level of comfort.
Guests fall in love with the terrace accessible from the living room. The terrace area is bright and cololorful with plants and plenty of seating to enjoy.
We will be happy to help you with your check in, in order to make it as smooth and pleasurable as possible, organizing your transfer the airport, or from the station to the apartment, providing different solutions for your luggage deposit, early checkins and late checkouts.

Exceeded expectations!

What a perfect place for two couples! The apartment was sparkling clean, the bedrooms were roomy, the bed and linens were top-notch. What a bonus to find this place, with an outdoor area which was used quite a bit, in a desirable neighborhood. Easy to walk for coffee, outdoor cafes and great food. And, we were so happy to retreat to our ā€œhomeā€ after long days crowded with tourists in the ancient city. Orlando was a great and attentive liaison and anticipated and responded to our every need (including wine). Great location, great apartment, great management! I would not think twice about staying here again; it would be the only place Iā€™d consider. Thank you, thank you.

Quiet, comfortable appartment, ideal location

The apartment is ideally located in the busy Trastavere neighborhood, which is fill with great restaurants and fun places to ge in the evening. While the neighborhood buzzes with energy late into the evening, the apartment is set back from the street and quiet -- even featuring it's own courtyard for having a glass of wine in the evenings.

Nice little gem in great neighborhood

Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in heart of Trastevere. We shared it with another couple traveling with us and it worked well. it is very clean and rather quiet in a lively area, and we walked to most major tourist areas easily. We did have one shower that was clogged on first day, but we sent a message to the Antonio and it was fixed later that day. The apartment is close to major stores such as grocery, liquor, wine, pharmacy, etc. We had a bit of confusion in check-in trying to pay with 2 separate credit cards, but it was resolved. Overall, this was a great choice for Rome.

Week in Rome

Great 2 bedroom/bath apt in Trastevere. Good location to walk to all the sights in city. Nearby restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Safe area and nice place for party of 3-4. Would book again. The apt manager was very nice and helpful, owner of apt not easy to reach.

Great spot in Trastevere

We arrived early and Orlando the property manager was able to storage our luggage of 4 in his office next door to the property. He contacted us later when it was ready to check in. Place is just like the photos, clean, quiet, very convenient to walking thru all of Trastevere, Vatican, and other neighborhoods. We made good use of the private porch in front, and made good use of the AC during the heat wave while there. Would highly recommend!

Great two bedroom two bath apartment in Trastevere

This is a great apartment in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome. Trastevere is a pretty busy neighborhood, but the apartment is quiet. The location is pretty central, but still has a neighborhood feel, in that you will see as many Romans as tourists. The more touristed areas are crushed. It is about a half hour walk from the Forum, Colosseum, and other major sites, or you can take a cab. (No UBER, get the mytaxi app). The apartment itself is like a little house situated in the middle of a block of typical 4-5 story apartments. To get to the apartment from the street, you pass through the entry way of the main building, into a courtyard. The apartment has a private patio, which we used, and also a rooftop terrace which is accessible but not really in use. The apartment itself has two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, allowing some privacy; this is a big advantage for two couples, or in our case, a couple with an adult child. There is a decent kitchen; there is a small Carrefour nearby, a terrific bakery, and other amenities all within a couple of blocks. The WiFi is adequate. When we visited in April, there was a problem with the hot water in one of the showers that needs attention; surely this is fixed by now but management can confirm this. The apartment is heavily shaded because of the surrounding buildings. It would be lacking in natural light, except there are two large skylights that brighten it up quite a lot. Clearly, if you want a view this is not the apartment for you. however, being surrounded by other buildings, it is very quiet. I had just a bit of trouble with the original check in plan, but a call to the main office of EasyDomus straightened this all out. The resident manager, Orlando, was great. The airline lost one of our bags, and took forever to deliver it. Orlando helped out and made sure the luggage delivery made the connection. I have had several rental apartments around Europe and I endorse this one, if it meets your needs, 5 stars.

Our Second Stay As Good As The First

Please see my review dated September 2018 for our first stay at this beautiful and perfectly located apartment. My husband and I stayed there again on our return back to Rome a month later and we loved it as well as our previous stay. Orlando once again was there to take such good care of us. He even ā€œsaved our lifeā€ when we locked our keys in the apartment. Thankfully, his office and apartment are in the same building and he was right there to get us back in immediately. The location is in the best part of Rome. Even though it can get very lively at night in the Trastevere, the apartment is so quiet at night as it is tucked back away from the street with no one above you. Having two wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms is terrific. The air conditioning works beautifully and it is fantastic having a washing machine available at the apartment. Orlando is the perfect host and manager. If you need anything, he is right there to help out and always with the biggest smile on his face. We canā€™t wait to come back and stay with Orlando again.

We really loved this apartment. It was spacious enough for 2 couples. The bedrooms are a good size and each has a bathroom. The location is excellent in the Trastevere area, close to lots of restaurants, and many of Rome's attractions. Even though it is in a busy area, the apartment is set back from the street and is very quiet.

An Absolute Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Trastevere - But So Quiet

We stayed two weeks at this incredible apartment and could not have been happier. In fact, we booked it again for next month when we return to Rome. This is our favorite neighborhood but it can get quite lively at night. However, this jewel is tucked away (actually an independent apartment behind the main building, in a courtyard). It was spotless when we arrived and equipped with much of what you need. The air conditioner works great and was needed as there was quite a heat wave for the beginning of September. The bathrooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. As stated before, the location is perfect for the heart of this charming neighborhood. Not only are there so many restaurants and cafes so near by, there are two very good supermarkets (Conad and Carrefour) within a block of the apartment. We were met by our host, Orlando and he provided us access for a very early arrival and for our bags. From that point on, he could not have been more accommodating and kind - attentive to every need and answered any questions we had with extremely quick responses. Both my husband and I are business owners We appreciate employees who exceed every expectation. We tried to find ways - always - to show appreciation to that quality of employee as they are very rare. And Orlando is. When we asked for him to call a taxi for us on the day of departure, he volunteered to walk us a few blocks down to the taxi stand. He said if you call taxis to pick up at apartments, they charge a service fee. This is a truly exceptional, accommodating host. We highly recommend the apartment, especially having Orlando there. We canā€™t wait to return in October.

Perfect location

The stay in Trastevere was exceptional. We were in close walking distance to local cafes, shopping and dinner restaurants. So much better than the busy tourist areas. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative I can give it is if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, there are very limited cooking items in the kitchen. We found that walking to a local bakery served just fine for breakfast and you have so many other restaurants to chose from within walking distance. The local bus stop is just down the block from this property so it was very easy and a very short bus ride to the tourist areas.

Great location in Trastevere

The apartment looks just like the photos. The showers are very small, but what one would expect in Europe. The showers could have been cleaner; as there was a bit of mold on the base of the showers. The couch is very uncomfortable, perhaps because it is an antique and there is wallpaper taped to the baseboards, which looks tacky. Overall, I probably would not rent here again, as it is very overpriced for what it is. The one redeeming quality is that it is in a great location.

Charming

We had a very nice stay in Rome. The apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to the many cosy restaurants in the charming Trastevera. It is a lovely apartment, however, is a little sparse on the kitchen equipment. We missed small plates and wine glasses. Wonderful!!

We have just returned from Italy, spending a week at this Trastevere apartment. We loved the location of the flat. It was on a quiet street with everything just a short walk away. The tram just a block away takes you to the Piazza Venizia. There is a nice cafƩ and gelato shop on the corner as well a grocery and liquor store. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need at your finger tips. Orlando met us at the apartment after a very hectic drive from the Rome airport. Orlando is very sweet. Always had a smile on his face. He came mid week to refresh our towels and ask how our stay was going. I will stay here again!! I hope to rebook soon for a longer visit.

The apartaos not good for summer vacation. It is very well located and nicely furnished. We were 4 and even though it supposed to be for 4 we had to choose which Ac to turn on. The electricity kept turning off: one day we had to wait for hour and half for the manager to get home and turn the lights on. Manager: allways trying to get money out of you. It was annoying to be alert all the time. I sent e mail to owner alerting her about it but I guess she did not care. Not a good place to rent in summer!

Comfortable apartment in Travestavere

''Tihis was our first stay in Travestevere. We loved the area. There are tree lined streets and far fewer tourists than in central Rome. A train runs from Travestevere to Piazza Venezia so it is easy to reach Rome's major attractions if you prefer not to walk. The apartment is located very conveniently near many restaurants, pastry shops, bars, and a small grocery market. It is clean, neat and efficiently organized. The bedrooms are almost identical so no need to argue with your traveling companions about who gets the better bedroom. The outdoor terrace is pleasant for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Check in was not as smooth as other places we stayed, thus the rating of 4 rather than 5.
