This place was fantastic! The location is excellent and within walking distance to most everything downtown. The owners have thought of everything and the place is well equipped and stocked with lots of extra home comforts. Communication and hospitality was top notch and we felt like we were staying at a close friend’s fancy condo.

Don't look at any other accommation, this is the best one in Madison! Suzie is a fantastic hostess and thinks of every little detail. It is centrally located. Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and one of our favorite places, Vintage Lanes. The river walk is close by to view the sunrise, boats and barges, and the sunset. This place will not disappoint you!

Everything you could want and more at the Stablemaster Quarters, you won't be disappointed. The renovation on this historic building is beautiful and very welcoming. Suzie and Ron are terrific hosts providing just about anything you could want in a rental. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee and bagels in the frig. I enjoyed early check in and fresh baked cookies when I arrived. Comfortable linens on the beds and soft towels. Walking distance to downtown Madison and the riverfront. Suzie brought me fresh blueberry muffins the morning of my departure with a beautiful yellow rose. Delicious! I really enjoyed my stay here.

Suzie and Ron are amazing people, make sure you take time to talk with them about their renovation. They did an incredible job turning this old stable into a comforting place to stay, relax, and enjoy everything Madison has to offer. The kitchen has everything you need, plus items you would not expect, large coffee selection, creamers, juice, bagels, spices, etc. The personal touch on decorations and amenities just shows how much Suzie cares, my wife and I loved it. On check in day Suzie left us homemade cookies, and on departure day she left us homemade blue berry muffins. Without a doubt, will stay with them again.

Susie and Ron were fantastic! Such nice people and very helpful! Apartment was so lovely and they thought of everything! We arrived to a plate of home baked cookies and had hot fresh blueberry muffins delivered to our door the morning we were leaving.

The hosts are very personable and easy to work with. The Stablemaster’s Quarters is lovely, the beds comfy, and she even made us fresh cookies when we arrived and hot blueberry muffins the morning we left. There were little extras every where we turned. We really enjoyed our stay and Madison is a great place for a get-away. We highly recommend this place.

Best place I've stayed! Beautifully decorated, clean, so many amenities and extras! Easy to get too and close to shops, coffee shops and restaurants and the river. The host were so friendly and sweet and easy to get a hold. They definitely went above and beyond to make it a wonderful stay! Can't wait to go back!

Suzie and Ron are amazing hosts... the touches around the place made it supreme! Easy communication and wonderful recommendations. Suzie helped celebrate my husband's birthday with so many touches plus a large 2 piece birthday cake. Anything and everything needed while we stayed was right here... Suzie and Ron have an amazing heart and you can tell the pride they have in their places. And our last morning Suzie made delious muffins... cant wait to stay again..

They are the best host/hostess. They even had a cake for my birthday and a banner. They are so nice and even brought us toys for our grandson. It’s the perfect place to relax and know you are going to be greeted with a smile. Our favorite place to stay.

Beautiful property! Comfortable, clean, spacious, and very well stocked. All of our needs and potential needs were covered. Suzie (along with her husband Ron) was a wonderful host. She was very responsive during our stay and she even left a cake in the refrigerator as a surprise anniversary gift.The location is ideal. It is a short walk to the river, main street (shops, galleries, and restaurants), and a beautiful historic residential area. The apartment/host combination deserve all the 10/10 and 5/5 ratings they have received.

Stablemasters Quarters is a beautiful place to stay. Excellent location for shopping and restaurants. Close to the river for scenic walks. Convenient parking. Our hostess was so helpful prior to our arrival and we had everything and more than we needed for a relaxing mother/daughter weekend. We would absolutely recommend these accommodations!

Loved our stay and may re-book in the future. My 88 year old mother was able to get around inside the place and it was clean and comfortable. We were able to push her up and down the main street in her wheelchair from the place.
