This apartment is not a shared space but is for your exclusive use while staying.
This historic building originally was the city stable in circa 1860. It’s now a blend of barnwood contemporary and vintage charm.
New renovations and luxury furnishings will leave you wanting to stay longer. This upscale apartment is so spacious and has amazing amenities! The fireside bathtub, massage shower, towel warmer and luxury linens invite you to relax to quiet music. Suzie and Ron and excellent hosts! You won’t find a better place to stay in Madison…although, I told Suzie I was going to stop spreading this around because her places are always booked when I want to reserve them (Lol). We have stayed at both Livery Loft & the Stablemaster’s Quarters. Both are exquisitely decorated inside & out! The flowers are beautiful! Suzie thinks of everything a traveler may need during their stay and then some. If you’re looking for a centrally located, gorgeous place to stay with an amazing host, look no further!

Beyond Expectations

This place was everything we expected and so much more. The decor is stunning and the attention to detail to meet every need is simply amazing. The hosts were incredible! Everything from communication to fresh baked cookies to great tips about Madison. We can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Loft /Amazing Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Liverly Loft. Even though it rained, we had plenty things to do to keep us busy. This was one of the best VRBO I have ever stayed. Definitely will be back again...

Beautifully decorated and all the luxury touches. Suzie thought of everything when furnishing this property. Warm cookies on our arrival to the tasty muffins delivered when we checked out. The location is perfect for walking to shopping/restaurants or a stroll along the beautiful riverfront. Perfect spot for our girlfriend getaway!

Outstanding All Around!!

I could not have asked for a better experience than what I, and my group, had with Suzie and her property. From the day I booked our trip to the day we checked out, everything was amazing. Suzie is the kindest, most responsive host I have ever encountered and she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The Livery Loft is a beautifully restored property and was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend anyone planning a stay in Madison, IN to rent one of Suzie's properties during their stay.

Magical time in Madison

We had a great time in Madison. We can't stop talking about our trip and our host Suzi. Not only were we greeted with home made cookies and blueberry muffins the next day, she hid an Easter Basket for each of us. The Loft had everything that we needed and more. The location is awesome we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Hostess with the Mostest

The best part of our stay was, without a doubt, our incredible host, Suzanne! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided fantastic recommendations while we were visiting Hanover University. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay truly special. The space was perfect for me, my best friend from high school, and my son—clean, comfortable, and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially because of Suzanne!

Amazing Experience!

This property was 5,000 out of 5 stars. Suzy was awesome. So easy to communicate with from day one. This property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. There were special touches in each & every room. You can tell she put much thought in decorating this property with her keen eye for detail. The location is perfect too. Suzy & Ron are the best. We will be back!!!!

Magnificent in Madison

Had the very best time in Madison. Our host, Suzie was amazing and the loft was magical. Our host was so very accommodating and her loft was so very well equipped and thought out. Suzie brought us hot, homemade Blueberry muffins on Sunday morning, what a special, delicious treat. She had done some research with events for the weekend. I have stay in numerous VRBO all over the country, this by far was my favorite, and the host was fantastic!!! We will be back soon!!! Best CMM

This place. This owner. This was far beyond our expectations ! The location is beautiful. Comfortable . Spotless. Safe. There is no stone left unturned in this property. The owner, Suzie, is absolutely lovely. She makes the stay so comfortable and makes sure that you know where everything is . The town is fantastic and we had the time of our lives. Livery Loft Delivers!!

Suzie made sure our stay was perfect from fresh cookies from the oven waiting for us on the island when we arrived to fresh blueberry muffins sitting on the stoop for us on our last morning! The attention to detail in the Loft was unreal. She made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable and everything we needed was there for us. I can't think of one thing she did not think of to make our stay any more enjoyable. The Loft is close to downtown and made everything easy and accessible to us. We will be back when we need a good excuse to relax and enjoy!

Suzie was fabulous! She went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The Livery was even better in person. So beautiful and cozy. Every detail was so thoughtful. We really enjoyed the home made baked goods and snacks. The beds were SO comfortable! But wait, there’s more: the soaking tub with the fireplace, the rain shower with jets, the heated light-up toilet seat, etc… The location was very convenient. We were literally around the corner from Main Street and the many shops and restaurants. We also walked to the winery and the riverfront. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
