The pictures don't actually do justice to how much space there is at this place. The warm pool was a highlight for the 22 kids we had with us! Spent a day hiking in Zion and a day in Snow Canyon and both were phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. I wish there were more communities like this place.

Great for our family. Room for everyone to spread out. Adequate seating and good kitchen space. We had a 1 year old and did notice the squeaky doors everytime he was sleeping! That should be an easy fix.

Clean, fun, and plenty of space

We came down with a group for a family reunion and had a wonderful time! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we wanted/needed. The private pool and courtyard were wonderful! We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful spacious clean home with pool!

We loved our stay at this home in Sand Hollow! Tons of space, great seating for the whole family, fully stocked kitchen, on suite bathrooms in all bedrooms! The pool was a great afternoon highlight - especially for the kids. Fun to watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck! We’d definitely stay here again.

Family loved it

Loved the availability of so many beds and large rooms which was very comfortable but needed bath towels for all 36 and dish towels and wondered about pool towels so the white towels wouldn’t get ruined.

Super fun stay in Hurricane!

The house was super clean and had really nice amenities. Lots of fun games for the kids and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The pool was warm and everyone enjoyed it. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Everyone loved this place!

We only stayed a few nights but next time we’ll stay a lot longer! Loved the private hottub/pool and rooftop deck! We had a group of 8 and it was a lot bigger than we needed, but everyone loved the extra open space. Such a beautiful vacation home. If you are planning on swimming, I’d make sure to bring ur own beach towels.

Great family fun!

This house was phenomenal. The private pool was perfect for our family. The game room kept our teens entertained. We did use the community pool and splash pad just for variety. Loved the whole experience and would highly recommend to everyone.

Great place for a larger Family or Group

Great home with lots of room for everyone, we had 24 members of our family ranging in ages from 2-45 year olds and we never felt crowded or anything, the kids game room upstairs it’s great, with many games & activities for all the kids to enjoy. The pool & patio area are also great to enjoy, just watch out when entering the pool.. steps can be very slippery at first, but overall a great home!!

The good: responsive staff, easy check in. Clean house that had the basics and accommodated our family well. The bad: Dishwasher didn't really work. Grill was super dirty and cheap. Garbage disposal was touchy to make work. Had to text maintenence to fix pool cover multiple times. The GFI for the water heater tripped a couple times. Garage code given didn't work.

Girls Camp Retreat

The home on this listing is great. The beds are comfortable, it’s decorated beautiful, and we had everything on hand that we needed. The garbage situation is another story. The home is advertised to sleep 36 and upon arrival all 3 garbage cans were completely full. I text the manager to let her know and was told that it would be arranged to have the garbage picked up so we could have empty cans- never happened. We stayed for 3 nights and were told to put our garbage next to the already full cans and it would be taken care of at the end of our stay. Well multiple garbage bags baking out in the hot sun for days is not ideal and smells terrible. I took a picture of the garbage on the day we left. It was out of control- and we even took multiple loads to dumpsters at gas stations, etc. Like I said, the house is great and very comfortable, fit everyone perfect and if they can get a handle on the garbage situation then this place will be no question 10/10.

Christmas 2024

The house was great, roomy, plenty of comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The location was great, amazing views and close to Zion National Park and shopping centers. However, the kitchen could use more cookware (cookie sheets, large mixing bowls, strainers, etc.) and more kitchen towels (dish towels and dish cloths), we only had one dish cloth and two dish towels. Additionally, our rental unit had it's own heated pool (as advertised), upon arrival the pool water temperature was 82F and there was no means for us to increase the pool water temperature. We contacted management to increase pool water temperature and were told that it would cost 50 per day to increase the temperature. The fire alarm was a bit of a nightmare. The fire alarm in the upstairs bunk room where the children were sleeping was chirping loudly for about an hour on our first night (12:10 a.m.). I was not able to reach management (voicemail was full and no answer on the other phone number). The alarm began to chirp again 48 hrs. later around 2 a.m., I am not sure why the alarm was acting up and was told by management to get the ladder in the garage and remove the fire alarm. The fire alarm was not removed, it was hard wired and was only reset. I did not want to tamper with the electrical.We would definitely return to this property. I understand that this is a new property and I only write this review to share my experiences and hope for future improvement.
