Escape to this villa in picturesque Sosúa. This enjoyable vacation rental offers the perfect getaway for guests seeking a relaxing and memorable stay. With 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 4 queen beds, everyone will find their own slice of paradise. The property also boasts a separate guest house we call “The Casita”, which is very private. Each bedroom has its own AC, as well as the kitchen and living room. The Master Bathroom and the Casita each have a shower and a bathtub in the large bathroom areas.

Every bedroom is extremely private. They each open up to the courtyard and the fountain that is in the center of the house. Each bedroom each has its own private bathroom with a shower. The pool is exceptionally large and has an Ocean view. The Ocean itself is just steps away down a beautiful tree lined path. The Beach Club Restaurant, one of the best restaurants in town, is only steps away down the same path and serves lunch and dinner.

There is a generous outdoor living space that overlooks the pool and is a wonderful place to lounge or convene for the sunset. The kitchen opens to the dining room and overlooks the pool and the courtyard. The layout of the house is such so that each space feels very private and separate.

Our family of 11 enjoyed the home and communal spaces inside and out. Beautiful pool area. Home in located inside the gated community of the Sea Horse Ranch. Would recommend that you check out sea horse tanch website. Great food is located on-site at the “Beach Club”. Host, house manager and staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs. Thank you Mulladay and your team !!!

I just want to thank Melady and her team at this gorgeous stunning beachfront home. Her host is priceless even to the point that he had to help my family get to a hospital. Her team is Amazing the chef Second to none the communication. Excellent the help incredible we were truly blessed to be able to stay in this home.

Beautiful location as it is as close to oceanfront as you can get without being oceanfront. Very clean with air-conditioning in every room, including the common area. Beautiful veranda with a first rate Pool and amazing tile work. And the view of the ocean from the pool is incredible. You are close to the community pool by the ocean and the community restaurant which I highly recommend. There were 11 in our party and everyone loved it. We stayed in another house inside of Seahorse Ranch last year, but preferred this one over the other. The host and her assistant Willie, along with the housekeeper and the groundskeeper were top-notch. We will be back and we highly recommend this home.

The design and layout of the house are lovely, situated on a beautiful property overlooking the ocean in the distance. The landscaping enhanced the outdoor spaces which were so inviting. The pool was a hit with adults and children alike. We felt very safe in the gated community and the security people were great. The beach club, within a 5 minute walk, was wonderful for both lunch and dinner. Added benefit at dinners were the spectacular sunsets!Mullady, the owner, and Willy, the house manager, were extremely responsive and helpful. Madeline was superb with assuring that the house was clean and inviting. They all helped to make our visit to Sosua just perfect! Thank you to all!
