Make your beach memories in newly remodeled Beachy1503, this fun condo is a family-friendly base for your beach adventures. Let the gentle hues of gray and nautical theme soothe your soul and maximize your relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and your evening beverages relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. This lovely second floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. When night arrives, this beautiful, beach condo offers a king bed and an electric fireplace in the master bedroom. There are two double bunk beds in the second bedroom with mounted big smart TVs and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Beautiful grey wood plank throughout with tile in the kitchen and bath rooms. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. Your beach memories await in 1503.

*This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.*

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

The property was conveniently located to the beach. The apartment was top notch. Spacious rooms. No problems with other guests. The check-in and check-out was easy. We didn't use the kitchen for anything. We would stay here again.

This place was great! There was plenty of space for 5 people. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice, though a little warm, but it was July. The walk to the beach was not that bad and the privet access was so good to have. The place came with a wagon and some beach toys which was really helpful! The lighting was not that great, especially in the guest bathroom and the 2nd bedroom. There was also a lot of sand in the laundry area where the beach toys were kept.

Beach 1503

Great location, we’ve been staying in this area for 15 years. The pool is A. So clean, plenty of loungers, heated. The condo is nice, very well stocked kitchen. Could use a handyman to complete some projects. The couch is not the most comfortable. Nice to have laundry in house. Lots of beach stuff.

Great condo's and great prices!

The condo's are very clean and very roomy. Few minute walk to a private access beach (means less people). Has everything you need to cook, grill, and even sand toys and tennis. Very quiet area in the evening, and safe. Very nicely maintained. Recommended for families. We had 6 people in it very comfortably.

Amazing little condo with about everything you need to enjoy the beach. The condo it’s self was nicely furnished with everything you need to cook clean and live as if you’re at home. The private beach access was and excellent addition you can walk out of your unit down the drive and straight out to the beach. They have rental golf carts by the club house I highly recommend for ease of getting around. I half to say before you book any of the vacation experience such as the snorkel cruise I highly recommend you go to the Destin board walk and see all of your options we did the flippers snorkal deal and I would not recommend that we found our favorite to be the jet ski rentals at the board walk you have got to make sure to visit crab island the actual crab island in the bay not the crab resturant

This condo was more than I expected, it says kitchen well equipped…let me tell you it was more than equipped everything you need they have. I was surprised they even had everything you need to have a good time at the beach. The condo was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable definitely would recommend. Property manager was very responsive. Great location.

Beachy 1503

This is a pretty, clean, spacious condo. We had a few very minor issues but the staff is top notch and fixed things super quick. Downfalls: No beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, one was broken and the other was missing the lower half. I am sure I could have asked and had it replaced, but had brought my own. I personally would have upgraded the table and chairs of painted them just to add a little color. Not a lot of kitchen items, no kitchen towels and utensils need upgrading but again, very minor things. Worth the stay, short walk to the beach and great area.
