This is a two-bedroom unit. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. There are 3 TVs, 2VCRs, & 2 DVD not including the Blu-ray player in the living room. Remodeled open fully stocked kitchen design with new granite countertops. Bathrooms have been remodeled with spacious walk-in showers. You will love them. Open carpeted balcony new balcony furniture. Unit has a washer and dryer in the kitchen pantry area. There is a full-size sleeper sofa available.

No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains.
