The home is approximately five years old, clean and generally well maintained.The community is gated and secure. The community has great beaches and the house is on a creek.The house was exactly as advertised.

Great location in Yarmouth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The house is perfectly located within 3 minute walk to Whale Beach which is very warm and child friendly. The house has everything you need. It is very clean. Beautiful porch. There isn't really a back yard but the back of the house is directly on an ocean inlet. Perfect for fishing/crabbing. However beware that there are mosquitos due to close water proximity!

September 2021 stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I, along with our small dog, stayed at this lovely property in September 2021 and had a wonderful stay. The layout is quite comfortable for a rental and would be perfect to accommodate two families vacationing together. Despite being a dog-friendly rental, it felt very clean (hasn’t always been our experience with rentals). The beach was perfect- a short walk away and super quiet. The house was well-equipped with beach essentials- chairs, umbrellas, and towels, which we appreciated. The deck of the house has the potential to have an amazing view of the creek in the backyard, if only a tree was trimmed. Tip: If you plan to cook, might want to bring your own pots/pans and a large serving platter. I’m not a chef and we did a fair amount of takeout, but I struggled with the pots/pans and the house didn’t have any decent sized serving platters. Made making family meals a little difficult. Overall, it was a very comfortable place and we enjoyed our stay!

We rented paddle boards for the week to have out back for exploring - even saw a seal 3days in a row!!

Great location, home needs some TLC

Reviewer Comments: Great location but the home is showing a lot of wear and tear and looks like the owners haven't been paying particular attention to the home. Lot of clutter in inside the home and garage that needs attention. Lots of décor is a complete miss match of very dated items that need to be thrown out and replaced.
