Brand new expanded deck and custom patio for more outdoor enjoyment. New enlarged sitting area with Sunbrella furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, central A/C, and spacious entertaining level. This home is all about enjoying the water, the beach, grilling & eating outside, or just relaxing. Fabulous views from master bath w/ jacuzzi. Outdoor Hot Spa by the water. Two Kayaks provided and two paddle boards for your pleasure. Three Bikes available. Grilling is a must and we eat lunch & dinner outside often on the deck. Plenty of outdoor furniture and dining area with umbrella table.

Why they chose this property

I have been spending time here for 54 years. It is a special place for me and my family.
Ideal location with many beaches within a couple of miles, downtown hyannis with many restaurants to choose from only 1.5miles away, The Kennedy memorial nearby, charter fishing or general harbor cruise vessels and/or island ferries within 2 miles. National seashore only 40 minutes away with some of the best beaches on the east coast.
Meticulously maintained with annual upgrades

Peaceful and serene yet only a short distance to food and shopping needs and sightseeing or educational adventures like the Kennedy museum.
