Beautifully renovated cape house with spectacular views of Nantucket sound and Lewis bay. House includes a private boat dock and private deeded beaches.

We have three private beaches (accessible only to Great Island owners and renters) and one public beach within walking distance (all within 5 minutes)
They are: (1) White Gate Beach (2) Cove Beach (3) Whale Beach. The pictures of all three beaches are on the listing. If you walk along Whale Beach you will reach Seagull Beach - which is a public beach. If you look at the picture of Whale beach, Seagull beach is just beyond the houses you see in the distance. It is also possible to drive to Seagull beach.

Enjoy ~4500 square feet of living space on two levels. The first level includes a living area, a master bedroom with en suite bath, a study with queen bed and a desk with a large computer monitor and another full bath. A large wrap around deck looks over landscaped gardens and views of the bay.

The second level includes a spacious kitchen and family room with spectacular water views and access to a wrap around deck, a large master bedroom suite with en suite bath, two additional bedrooms, which share one full bathroom and one powder room.

The house includes all the amenities of home, including multiple large screen HD TV, Wifi, stand up desk with large monitor, full kitchen, full laundry, gas grill, and large outdoor decks (on the first and second levels) with seating areas overlooking the water. The property will comfortably sleep 12 (four bedrooms + 1 study), and first floor living room with convertible bed).

There are four bathrooms and one half bath. All bathrooms newly renovated with italian tile, Grohe fittings, heated floors and large designer vanities.

Three of the baths have a steam room. Two of the baths also have a heated jacuzzi. There is a large hot tub on the lower deck that can accomodate 6.

The grounds include a two car garage. The 40 foot dock can accommodate your boat and those of your guests.
