Relax and enjoy Cape Cod at this West Dennis unit, located close to South Village Beach! This 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit is cozy & cute, offering an open layout with a living area with flat screen TV, dining table, and kitchen area. It offers three bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, and the two others with two twin sized beds in each. The unit also offers a full bath complete with tub/shower combination. Enjoy a relaxing barbecue on the front deck complete with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the beach! This cozy unit also offers great amenities like washer/dryer, wireless internet and even a few beach chairs! ***Rent with adjoining property 1814 to sleep the whole family! Available for 3 night minimums off season with an added cleaning fee. Avoid the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Summer family fun in cape cod!

Our Annual Vacation to Cape Cod

We are always happy at our “home away from home.” The property is perfect for our family - comfortable, clean and ideal location to beach and attractions. Additionally, every year we see improvements made by the owner - which shows his passion to making this a great vacation getaway!

It has provided us with many wonderful memories. We have watched our children explore and have fun, and now we are able to watch our grandchildren make lasting memories as well. Very clean, close to beach, nicely maintained property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 Murphy road was the perfect house for my family with the 3 beds. We had 2 small children and my parents. The place was just as described very clean, 7 minute walk to public and private beaches. Kitchen had coffee maker, plates the basics we needed to cook some breakfasts during week. We loved hanging out on the patio area with the grill, you can see beautiful sunsets and the ocean breeze really nice. Laundry was in the basement next door but we were able to get access and owner provided detergent. Only thing I would recommend is making sure there is enough propane in grill for renters as there wasn't any left after we used and we had trouble finding any stores in the cape that carried the size needed. Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was great! The location was perfect as it was a quick 5-6 minute walk to a private beach. We went during covid-19 and although the beach was busy, we were able to stay 10-15 feet apart from others when setting up. We had rented one side of the unit but never heard the neighbors. When staying at a new place especially cottages, there is always a concern of having mildewy or musty smells. This was never an issue as this place was very clean!Only negative was the bed. The queen bed and 2 of the 4 twins were extremely uncomfortable. To the point we had to go out and buy a $150 mattress topper. I would highly recommend bringing a mattress topper if you want to avoid having a sore back. On the opposite end of comfort were the couches. They were amazing. Also this place advertises washer/dryer but it is a very old unit in the basement that has its own separate entrance. Can only wash/dry a few items at a time as it takes forever to dry.We would gladly return if the owners invested in new beds!
