First level has the living room with a queen sofabed, front deck that has views of the ocean, dining room, kitchen, a den with a queen futon bunkbed ( twin over a full), 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, a hall bath, and a rear deck. Top level has 3 bedrooms 2 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. There is also a full bath. There is a gas grill. Seasonal tenants must be 28 & older. Weekly rentals have a $285 CLEANING FEE, non-refundable.
