* LIVING AREA: Open concept, bright and airy. Sofa, modern chairs, and a large flat-screen TV.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: Stainless steel appliances and designer fixtures with all the basic cooking items and dishware. Large dining area with great wet bar area. There's a shared half bathroom off near the kitchen as well as countertop seating.



Level 3

* MASTER BEDROOM: One king bed with heavenly mattress, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, attached master bathroom with a double sink vanity, and large walk-in shower.

* 2ND BEDROOM: One king bed, oversize closet, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo

* 3RD BEDROOM: One queen bed and attached shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

* 4TH BEDROOM: Two twin beds (trundle Bed) and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.



PARKING: 2-car garage for standard-sized vehicles.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.

- Same day move-ins will not be honored after 9AM AZ time. Please make an inquiry and we will accept or decline based on ability to accommodate.

- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

- Guest agrees to provide identity authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

- All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party. Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need them!

- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

- Ongoing construction at this unit may cause some noise. Thank you for your understanding!

Our first impression was lots of stairs which could be a real problem for some people. We looked forward to using the the rooftop decks but the condition of the furniture there was poor. The units provide plenty of room for sleeping and the bed rooms and bathrooms were nice. However, small living rooms and dining areas are not conducive to larger groups who would typically occupy both units. The quality of the furniture was less than expected, especially for an otherwise upscale rental. Communication with our host was prompt and excellent. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Overall, a good experience but not quite as good as expected for the cost.
