Experimenta pintoresca Wellfleet en este limpio bien cuidado, 3 hab 2 baños casa, rodeado de naturaleza ,. Disfrute de la catedral anudada techos de pino en la sala de estar. El primer piso tiene una cocina abierta totalmente equipada, con un montón de espacio que conduce a una zona de comedor y sala de estar. Al salir de la sala de estar de una cubierta sobre-tamaño para comer al aire libre. Esta casa es, literalmente, a pocos minutos de distancia del océano, playas lado de la bahía, y estanques de agua dulce! Hay un montón de espacio para un barco remolcada con un cómodo lado de la bahía del muelle de barcos 3.4 millas por la carretera y otro par de millas de la marina Wellfleet. Duerme cómodamente 6 con una cama queen en el dormitorio principal y en la planta baja tiene 2 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales cada uno más una cuna adicional. Recién instalado ducha al aire libre

El encanto de Wellfleet: A tan sólo unos minutos en coche de esta zona apartada del centro de la ciudad cuenta con galerías de arte, tiendas y restaurantes. Puerto Wellfleet es un panorama en constante cambio de veleros, yates a motor, barcos de pesca deportiva y arrastreros. Algunos de los mejores surf casting océano de Cape Cod se encuentran aquí. También conocida por su abundante oferta de mariscos, incluyendo el famoso 'Wellfleet Oyster'. Tome un paseo en el Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike. Great place to stay

Clean and comfortable, well outfitted with cookware and grill, pleasant neighborhood, very quick and easy to get to several excellent beaches, and in general a good central location for exploring the outer cape. Thank you for letting us stay!

Lovely house at the marsh!

The homey property was in a great location- woodsy with a hint of that wonderful smelling salty marsh air. The owner was so nice to deal with-pleasant, helpful and responsive. It was sad to leave!

My wfe and I and three young adult daughters really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were what we expected, a little like camp, but better. We loved the wooded privacy, the outdoor shower and plenty of room. The location was most convenient and the host was responsive. We plan on returning next year!

Loved it

We had a great time during our 10 day vacation at Cape Cod. We loved the house, its not fancy but very cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect (we went to the French bakery almost every day). Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Wellfleet. We were able to make a lot of our own meals. The gas grill was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a hand mixer, but not a blender so if you like to make smoothies or milkshakes you may want to bring your own. The back deck is lovely and very peaceful. It is close to Marconi Beach which is now one of our favorites. We usually stay in Eastham or Orleans, but would definitely stay here again. The home was very clean when we arrived, and both showers worked great with good water pressure. It was nice having a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. There were many decorations and nice touches that gave it a cottagy feel --which is exactly what we are looking for when we stay on the Cape.

Perfect house for our needs

My husband and son and I had a week at this wonderfully comfortable house. It is quiet and close to everything we wanted to do (ponds, town, gym in Eastham). Frank was a responsive and kind host. The kitchen was well stocked and had cookware that was a joy to use (I am so tired of finding scratched Teflon in rental houses). The gas grill had gas ready to go. There were nice touches like the flower boxes that attracted hummingbirds. We had a great time both at the house and in Wellfleet.

Recommend place to stay.

Loved the location of the house - easy to find (even in the dark). Had a little snafu with the TV but Frank came to the rescue - he was quick to respond to our call and we found the “right” remotes to operate the TV. Listing stated a hairdryer but there wasn’t one to be found and again Frank told us to get one and he’d Venmo the cost and “quick” it was done. House is perfect for families or couples - would recommend it to others. My friend was from CO and had never been to the Cape and found it charming. Thanks! Hope to come back again.

Great spot!

Excellent location. The house had everything we needed. The deck and the hammock were so nice to have, and the outdoor shower was divine. All in all, a great stay!

Fun in South Wellfleet

We had a wonderful time! We loved the location and that actual lot where the house sits. Plenty of space and lovely big trees. What sets this house apart from others are the back deck and the outdoor shower. We loved sitting out on the large deck for breakfast and lunch and at night while watching the moon rising through the trees. And, the outdoor shower after the beach was a real delight. Go and have a good time!

Great overall with a few caveats

We enjoyed our stay as the property was very functional and in a great location! The new outdoor shower was a huge plus, especially with 2 toddlers. However, although clean the basement rooms had a ton of cobwebs and spiders as if someone hadn’t stayed there in a while or it wasn’t dusted appropriately. This was easily fixed but a more thorough cleaning in the future would be great! As some other guests have noted there was a slight damp/musty odor in the basement but it was not strong and by the second day of our stay we no longer noticed it whenever we went in the basement. Also, although we brought all our own linens and towels there were no oven mitts or pot holders in the kitchen which made cooking difficult, it would’ve been nice to know so that we could have brought some. Other than these few slight annoyances we greatly enjoyed our stay and found the home to provide everything we needed. The location, space, deck, and backyard were all greatly enjoyed!!

Wonderful home away from home!

We had a truly wonderful 2 week stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The home is configured perfectly with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs and the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The deck was so inviting and relaxing. Yoga on the deck in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. Situated just perfectly to plenty of beaches, the bike trail, restaurants, etc. One more thing - very safe neighborhood where I walked everyday of our vacation. Thank you!

Escape Hatch Review

Property worked but might want to consider providing linens and towels including kitchen towels. Also the sewage smell from water way behind home was prominent for a few days. This may be weather related. The deck with awning was great. Also appreciated the air conditioning.

Fun and Restful week in Wellfleet

We loved the house. The kitchen in well appointed. The outdoor shower is perfect. The layout of the house worked out well with grown ups bedroom upstairs and teens downstairs so our different sleep schedules didn't affect each other. The owner was extremely responsive with questions that came up during the week.
