This beautiful 3-story beach house with central air-conditioning provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, situated just a short walk (0.4 mile, 9 min) to Kelly Beach (private). House is located in a family friendly, low traffic neighborhood.

The property has a large yard that is ideal for outdoor relaxation. A large deck overlooking the Wesquage Pond with a grill and outdoor seating. Water views from the west-facing deck provide perfect sunsets and promise a tranquil setting for cherished memories.

The first-floor features twin-bunkbed and a living area with a sectional sofa. There's also a TV with Play Station for the kids, a half-bath, and a laundry area. The second, main floor encompasses an en-suite king master bedroom with TV. There's also a fully equipped, renovated kitchen, living and dining room with TV and fireplace. Living area is designed for relaxation and togetherness with a large water-facing view that allows light to pour in. The third floor has two queen bedrooms, each with TVs, and a shared full bathroom ensuring ample space for everyone's comfort.

There's a private outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand. All the beach essentials are ready for you - beach towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids sand toys.

It was the best stay! Great view off the deck, it was so convenient to have beach accessories in the garage. Location was perfect for Kelly Beach, not a bad drive to Newport. Would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the comfort, location, views and beauty of this house. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Our stay was during the off season so we didn’t use any of the beach gear at our disposal but we can’t imagine anything a family could want wasn’t right there in the garage. Walkable neighborhood, restaurants nearby, lovely beach close by. We loved staying here and hope to return.

Wonderful property and experience

We loved our experience here while we were in town for a wedding. Property was as described, very well appointed and in a great location. Eric was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Perfect family getaway

Very clean, well equipped property in beautiful location. Highly recommend for family getaway. Three floors, each with its own accommodations. 2 full baths and 1 half bath plus a great outdoor shower! Would definitely stay again.

Such a family friendly house in a great neighborhood! Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to occupy young children and enjoy meals. A short and pleasant walk to Kelly Beach, beautiful views of the lake from the deck. Helpful binder with recommendations for restaurants and a wide variety of activities. Our grandkids didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.

Great stay with extended family

Great stay in a nice neighborhood. We had grandparents with us and first floor master was a plus to reduce stairs. Nice beach, is about 10 walk. Appreciated extra toilet paper and easy check out process compared to other homes we have stayed with in the area. Would stay again!
