For the price and enormous amount of hoops to jump through to rent it, I expected a much higher quality place. There were 4 of us and we were provided only 4 thin postage stamp sized towels and the toilet paper was as cheap as you can get. The upstairs bed had black specks of something all over it which we determined must be coming from the air conditioner. Also had to call upon checkin because the door code wouldn’t work. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice but weren’t there long enough to use it.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the beds comfortable and appreciated the kitchen. We'd also like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our booking requirements, including guest verification and rental agreements, are disclosed prior to booking and communicated again immediately afterward. These procedures help us maintain a safe and secure experience for everyone and comply with local regulations. We provide six standard hotel-sized bath towels in this unit, and use Scott toilet paper for compatibility with the property's plumbing needs. Regarding the reported debris on the bedding, the linens were personally inspected by management prior to your arrival, and we have not been able to substantiate the concern. We also addressed the door lock and access concerns with immediate backup codes, and have installed a replacement lock. We appreciate your stay and regret that the property did not meet your personal expectations.

It needed attention-counters were not clean and had crumbs of food on them-tablecloth was dirty-bathroom was not wiped-stains on furniture etc. On the plus side, the beds were great!There were no trash/recycle bins outside. We didn’t know what to do with dirty towels!?Also there were some tripping hazards that should have been marked.
