A wonderful place to stay with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach. The condo had all of the amenities you could ask for and more. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again if available in the future.

Overall great location, great oceanfront view, and a very usable space for a multi-generation family. They were able to accommodate an early check-in which was very helpful for our family, the bathrooms are recently updated, and the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking on vacation. Living room/ TV set up were also great. Easy walk to the beach and resort pool. Laundry room very helpful to have in-unit. We were always able to find parking when returning to the property and the Wifi worked well.I do want to flag for other potential renters that if you have anyone in your group with a severe pet allergy, this unit is not 100% pet free as listed. There was considerable pet hair on the floor of the living room and we found several pet-themed pieces of decor (e.g. "Bark like no one is listening") hidden in drawers around the property so I'm assuming the owner has a dog. The rental company that manages the property offered to send housekeeping again midway during our stay (which I appreciate) but as anyone with a severe allergen in their life knows, if the allergen has recently been present just sweeping again will not get rid of the stimuli. Overall it was still a really positive stay, I just want to flag this as it is health relevant for others.

We had a great time at this unit. The view was beautiful; we actually saw a buck and a doe walking behind the unit. The unit itself was furnished nicely and very comfortable. The only thing we wished we had some chair for the beach. We didn't bring any because the last place we stayed had chairs for us to use. With golf clubs and luggage, it was a lot to bring. But overall, it was a wonderful stay and would go again.

July 4th week!

We’ve stayed at multiple properties in island club over the last 10 years. This was our favorite. Quiet side of the property. But easy access to everything. Kitchen had everything we needed. Second fridge was a help, too.Clean. Good communication. Good AC. No problems to speak of. We’d absolutely book this again!

Everything was great but could you maybe please consider an extra soap in the bathrooms so guests have one for the shower? We aren’t accustomed to packing our own soap when we travel and I’d venture to guess we aren’t alone in that. Hand soap in the kitchen would be so nice too. Other IC villas have always included this. Charge an extra few dollars to cover it if it’s that big a hit to your budget ; )

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, although there were a few issues we had to deal with on the first day. We found food crumbs on the sheets in one bedroom and sand on the sheets in the master, which would indicate the sheets were not changed after the previous guests departed. We had to strip the beds and wash everything before we could retire for the night. The bedroom ceiling fans operate with a remote only, so if there's a problem with the remote, you can't turn the fans on or off. The fans were running in all three bedrooms when we arrived, but one remote was dead and another was missing, so we couldn't turn them off. The temperature dropped to the low 60s that night, so we had to turn on the heat to counter the cold air circulating from the fans. But Octavio, the technician who came the next day, was great and quickly resolved the issue. Another thing was we found mildew around the faucet head in the kitchen and some of the surfaces felt a little "sticky." It's a nice, simple condo with a wonderful ocean view and we would probably stay again, but we recommend that the managing agency do a thorough review of its cleaning and maintenance practices.
