The house was great and met all our needs. Loved the generous allotment of towels and other items. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. All in all, an excellent experience.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! Tom was a wonderful host, and the house was immaculate. My three sons especially loved that they each had their own bedroom. The pool, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities were all huge bonuses and made our stay even more comfortable.It was also a huge bonus that we didn't need to bring towels, beach chairs, or even basic kitchen essentials like spices. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The pool floats were a fun surprise, and my kids loved fishing right behind the house. During our downtime, they also enjoyed playing the piano, which was such a unique and unexpected touch.Despite the rainy weather for most of the week, we still had a fantastic time while visiting my husband's parents and spending time with his friends.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

We came to visit our kids and grandkids. House was perfect for family gatherings. Great location in Palm Harbor. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. There were lots of things for our teenage boys to do while there including swimming in the pool, cornhole, and video games. The only downside was the beds. They were uncomfortably firm in all of the bedrooms. Other than that, I would highly recommend

Tom was a great communicator and very accommodating, especially in supporting my elderly father who is not very mobile. The house is on one level with few steps and a walk-in shower, all of which worked well for dad. Tom installed grab bars in the baths, which were helpful, allowed dad and his caretaker to arrive a bit early and leave a bit late, and quickly dealt with a few house glitches with the plumbing and internet. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, which is rare in a rental. Dad enjoyed watching the birds and other wildlife around the pond, including a bald eagle that arrived daily to fish. Thanks so much for your hospitality and good cheer!

This house is just as pictured. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It felt like home!! I can't thank Tom enough! He was an excellent host, very kind, and understanding and always helpful in our requests!! God willing we plan to return in the spring! Thank you again!!

A peaceful retreat

We had to book a last minute stay for 6 days after the passing of my mother in-law. This beauty space gave our family the room we needed with ALL of the comforts of home and then some. Some of our most favorite memories made were sitting out back and watch all of the birds and looking out on the water. We even had an Eagle visit us for 4 days during our stay. To anyone looking for a home away from home. Look no further. I must also add that Communication was effortless with the host, Tom who was quickly responsive to questions

Short review- book it!! Long review- I normally don’t look at anything unless it has over 20 reviews, but this house was in the location we needed and had a pool and a hot tub, so we took the chance. I’m so glad we did! The house was super clean. There were lots of towels, blankets, beach chairs, etc…my daughter has food issues so we do a lot of cooking at home. The kitchen was big with everything we needed. The grill was easy to start. The outdoor seating area next to the pool was very large and we spent most of our time there. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet. Tom was super quick to respond with anything we needed. It was a positive experience and I’d stay there again!

Fun away from home.p0

Family members from four corners of the country met here for Christmas . Community area was open and well appointed. TV in every bedroom, modern appliances including new Keurig coffee maker. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning and watching for the bald eagles to pay a visit at the lake and several other feathered friends as well as a friendly crane who became a family friend with his daily visits. A few minor cliches like the water shutoff and difficulty in getting into the house were handled efficiently by the owners. The Christmas tree which greeted us when we arrived was a gracious and welcome sight.

This home was absolutely perfect and exceeded every expectation. We brought a family of seven for my graduation weekend, and it could not have been a better place to celebrate. From the moment we arrived, the house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming with an open layout and high ceilings that made it feel spacious yet cozy. The outdoor space was a true highlight — a solar-heated pool, hot tub, and two fire pits (one electric inside and a real wood-burning fire pit outside). The fully fenced yard was ideal for our service dogs, and the lanai and backyard were kept in phenomenal condition. One morning we even saw a bald eagle while drinking coffee by the fire pit, which made the stay unforgettable. The quiet cul-de-sac location added to the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.Inside, the home was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could need — spices, cookware, hair dryers, toothbrushes, endless towels, extra toilet paper and paper towels, beach chairs, a vacuum, and even a baby crib. The beds were incredibly comfortable, TVs were in every room (including outside), and the Nest thermostat made temperature control effortless. A Christmas tree was even set up, adding a warm, home-like touch. The owners were outstanding, responsive, kind, and extremely accommodating. They allowed early check-in and personally came by to fix the hot tub when it wasn’t filling properly. This was the perfect home for a graduation BBQ and family gathering.
