Best Waterfront VIEW ON THE NORTH FORK MATURE GARDENS QUIET STREET PRIVATE BEACH

Upon entry to our home you are immediately blown away with the abundance of light and expansive open water views. This is the reason we love this property. Situated on a bluff overlooking the Long Island Sound, we have very dramatic views in all seasons with all weather patterns. With steps down to the beach our home feels like it could be on the Medittarraean. The house has been our family home the last few years so it is well loved and has good energy. Don’t no be surprised if you find yourself drinking wine while grilling in the backyard overlooking the sound while the sun sets. our neighborhood is so quiet and when you lie in the backyard it is so wonderful to just drift off listening to birds sing and the waves crash. The hammock and wind chimes only make it more peaceful. it’s so serene you will never want to leave! My wife and love interior design and our furniture and style is pretty modern and high design. We live at the end of a cul de sac so it is very quiet and we are respectful of our little community.

We had a wonderful long Fall weekend! The Property is eclectic and the artwork was captivating. The view of the Sound was phenomenal. It was a bit disappointing that we could not access the beach as the stairs were washed out when you got down to the bottom. The hosts were very accommodating and were available the entire weekend. The weather was bad and they checked in each day to make sure everything was good. Check in and check out were very simple. Excellent weekend with family. Very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks!

The property is well kept and clean.The view of the sound is phenomenal. The yard was well maintained with plenty of seating, lounges and a fire pit to enjoy the view. The house is well supplied with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The owners were easy to communicate with and checked in frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful setting and space!! The view of the Sound is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So quiet and peaceful - just the sounds of birds/nature and the water gently lapping at the shore below. Even had an eagle fly by a couple times. The house itself is charming. The decor is unique with art work, pictures , and photos that keep you interested and intrigued. Aaron and Amy were consummate hosts. Very easy to communicate with anytime about anything. Recommend highly with no reservations.

Beautiful sunsets and garden

Our stay at this nice house was great. It is equipped with everything you need and more. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the awesome sunsets. Amy and Aaron are very nice and were careful and always available when we had a question. We would come again!

Fabulous last minute stay

Hi Amy! Happy New Year! Sorry for the delay. I was going to post this but wanted to see if you wanted me to add anything? Our family had work to do over the holidays but we were getting stir crazy in our little apt in the city. Booked this last minute home and it was beyond perfect. Beautiful, lots of space for us to spread out and work, breathtaking views from almost everywhere. The home is so warm and inviting and fireplace and firepit helped make it even more special. We went on walks on the beach, took breaks from our books to watch the sunset from the backyard, and ate lots of great seafood. Amy and Aaron are warm, amazing hosts and very communicative. Honestly think they might be the best hosts I’ve worked with and I’ve rented a lot. We are already planning our next stay!

Beautiful cliffside retreat

I had an amazing stay! From the start, Aaron and Amy went above and beyond, making me and my dog feel incredibly welcome. They left thoughtful gifts for my dog and I. They also provided a detailed guide of local restaurants and activities, highlighting dog-friendly options. The house was spotless and smelled great – I’m even looking up the room diffusers they used! The bed was super comfortable, and the ocean views were breathtaking. I spent most of my time outside on the chaise lounges or in the sunroom, enjoying the breeze and ocean sounds through screen windows. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, and the hosts provided toiletries in every bathroom. The cozy living room had a fireplace, TV, books, and games, perfect for unwinding. The fenced yard and nearby private beach were great for my dog, be aware the shore is rocky. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing getaway with thoughtful hosts and stunning views. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Views - Gorgeous Home!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this house. The most important is the magical view of the water that greets you at every turn. You can wake up to it through the large windows of the master bedroom and enjoy it all day from the bright enclosed porches and take it in fully in the backyard. The sunsets are nothing short of spectacular and rival anything we have seen in the Mediterranean. Then there is the house itself, which is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated in every single room, but also gives you a comfortable cozy feeling. The hosts truly thought of everything, and they are an absolute pleasure, making us feel like we were staying with family instead of in a stranger's home. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from leaving baby-friendly items throughout the house for our 10-month old to offering to let us stay an extra day when it rained for most of the week. To be honest, it was so wonderful that the rain didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed relaxing and listening to the waves hitting the shore from the windows. And finally, there is the location. This house is perfectly situated on a cliff with a private beach so that you never need to leave, but if you do, you are in the best place to visit all the local sites - wineries, farms, marinas - we did it all and enjoyed every moment. We are already looking forward to coming back next year, or maybe even a trip in the Fall. A big thank you to our hosts for this amazing week.
