Perfect spot

The area is absolutely perfect to be able to enjoy the islands and Fort Myers. The convenience of the resort next door is great. The VIEW is the best part! Would love to come stay again.

The condo was great and very clean. The bedrooms do not have ceiling fans, but they did have one plug-in fan that helped. If we were to return to the area, I would stay here again. This region is very retirement-focused and not conducive to families with teenagers.

clean beautifully decorated balcony views

My only suggestion was to have enough supplies for each day of stay namely dishwasher detergent and as theres a keurig coffee maker coffee should be included as part of stay.- otherwise it was a delightful stay!!

Perfect weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location. Property surrounding the condo was very clean. The condo had a homey feel. I would suggest making sure under the furniture and beds were swept. We appreciated the pool towels. Beach towels would be helpful too.

Lovely condo and community

The condo was very clean and was decorated so nicely. Fully stocked kitchen. Considering the hurricanes in the past two years, the grounds looked very nice and they are continuing to replace flowering plants and grasses. The staff was very responsive to an issue with the kitchen sink, it was repaired promptly. We were disappointed the hot tub was not working the week we were there, but understand issues come up unexpectantly. We would definatley stay at this community and condo again.

We arrived to the building to find one of the two elevators not working and never fixed. The place was very clean and well furnished. The beds are very comfy. We did not care for bi-fold doors going from the bedroom to the bathroom. They were impractical and turning the light on from the bedroom wakes up your bed partner. We had a broken toilet and both exhaust fans are noisy and needed replacement. The shower controller in the guest bathroom was very hard to turn on and the drain plug was broken. The ppl above us had numerous children and they were so noisy and woke us up so many times that we had to call to complain. It didn’t help the situation. I hate to be picky but this place was expensive and I expect it to be better than my home! I would consider staying in this building again as everything was convenient but not this condo. Too many repairs needed and the bi-fold doors to the bathroom were not practical.

Family vacation

My wife and I , two adult children and 16 yr old grandson stayed for one week. We (wife & I) drove and other 3 flew in for the week. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of the location and ease to drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach. Pool was excellent any time of day. The view from the covered, screened corner balcony was also excellent any time of day - most days had a brief shower then sunshine and beach time. We thought the second bedroom had twin beds however it is a double bed. We bought an inflatable single mattress at Cabelas to accommodate our group. We highly recommend this condo. We did not contact the property manager! Checked in had fun and checked out. Thanks

Very Impressed

The buildings and unit are very clean, recently painted, overall, very nice. The little beach that belongs to the property does have a lot of sea grass but it’s good enough for the kids to play in the shallow part. It has palms and trees so no need for umbrellas for shade. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Exactly the normal we needed in these not so normal times

This property is in a great location. 5 minutes from Sanibel island, 20 minutes from Captiva and 20 minutes from Ft. Myers beach. We met so many great families by the pool. From my morning run, to hanging by the pool and hot tub with the family to going out at night, this was exactly what our family needed. Talking with other families I highly recommend this unit over others. The only issue we had with the property is that they are very strict on anybody using the pool or hot tub after 6:30pm. Everything else with the condo and the property was perfect. We would stay here again.

Excellent location with so much to do. Our Unit 411 met all our needs, but it needs to be upgraded. The master bed and bedding needs to be replaced. Also, the carpet had too many stains. It just needs some TLC! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Relaxing stay

The resort is an extremely safe, secluded and quiet place. If that's what you're looking for, this is your spot (we were). It's as close as you can possibly get to the toll bridge over to Sanibel/Captiva. That was great for the beaches, restaurants, etc (don't like the $6 tolls but that's another story). The pool is quite nice. We checked out the Mariott facilities, but ultimately decided the difference in quality of pool wasn't enough to justify a $50 per day fee for the family. The beach isn't great (small, not kept real clean). That's my biggest complaint. But we just went to beaches on Sanibel when the kids wanted a full beach experience. The unit itself is well equipped and furnished. Carpet is great to avoid the nasty sandy feel on your feet all week that you get when floor is all tile. View from the room to the pool is great if you have young kids like we do. Great relaxing stay! And Angelo is so friendly and helpful on site. Thanks again!

Nice Condo

Pros: Condo was spacious; furnishings were adequate; view from balcony is beautiful; clean Cons: Televisions in the bedrooms did not work. They turned on but were not hooked up to the cable; the pool was closed the entire time we were there. We were not notified that this was going to be the case until a couple of days before we left home. There was an alternative plan - the pool at the Marriott - but this was inconvenient.

Outstanding

Our first VRBO stay and our first vacation to Sanibel. Unit 411 was outstanding. The property managers were on point. They arrived in 5 mins at our door with a new coffee pot when we spotted a hairline crack in ours. The condo was clean, bright, and airy with a great view. It is a side unit with a view of both the pool and the harbor. It was the best of both worlds! All the amenities were there are promised and well thought out, it was just what we needed. The check in process was smooth, as was the check out process. We went on the Princess sunset dinner cruise next door from the neighboring hotel and resort and realized how lucky we were to be at the Sanibel Harbour Resort. It was soooo crowded next door and the pool was almost overflowing with bodies. Our pool was private(with a key card)and just as nice. We saw dolphins from our balcony. There also is a little private beach with chairs for our resort. It was very secure and we always felt like we had our own elevator. What a great place. We will definitely go back. We have recommended the place to everyone. Oh yes, great location for the best shopping down the street at the Sanibel Outlet stores, and a quick hop over to Sanibel island for 6 bucks as you are right next to the bridge The value is exceptional! Verrry Relaxing! Thanks again.

Really great place!

We are a family of 5 from Minnesota. The place seemed nicer and bigger than the pictures indicated. The views are amazing. All of the restaurants in the hotel were terrific. You can fish off the pier, although we didn't catch anything. The pool closes in the early evening. It would be nice to have it open later. The beach is great. Dolphins come around in the morning. We chose this place because of the amenities, and the easy access to Sanibel.
