Oma's Franklin Haus - Cozy, quaint, Franklin area, country home that will remind you of Grandma's house! The home is located on a sprawling Central Texas Ranch in rural Robertson County. This lovely two bed, two bath home is situated on winding dirt road that takes you back in time. The property features mature hardwood trees, and beautiful outdoor sitting spaces for peace, quiet and relaxation. Enjoy wildlife and bird viewing from the covered porches as you soak up the serenity and peace with your morning cup of coffee. Situated just 30 minutes from Bryan-College Station and Texas A&M University. Only 10 minutes away from the Franklin Ranch Ball Park, this is centrally located and ideal for those Texas Premier Baseball tournaments. The property can be booked stand-alone or in conjunction with our other properties. Come visit us, and take some time relax and unplug. We can't wait to see you!

Heads up

The area where the house is located is beautiful. I suggest showing up during the day because if you have city people with you like I did, they might freak out not being able to see their surroundings. I personally was not scared and love how the secluded area is. also there is zero Wi-Fi or cell service inside the house but sitting on the porch I was able to get cell service. very clean I would definitely stay there again. Huge plus in my opinion was the water pressure in the shower!!
