Professional, full renovation completed Aug 2025. 1 bed, 1 bath with additional queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Additional outside shower. Remodeled and all-new everything (furniture, appliances, dishware, Smart TV, games, outdoor furnishings, etc.). Washer/dryer in unit for convenience. Incredible location - a minute walk to Blue Dog, A Perfect Cup, CW Fudge, many shops and galleries. Yucatan Waterfront Bar and Grill and Miceli's just down the road. If you want to venture further, the rental includes two new beach cruiser bicycles, This unit directly faces the water and dock, providing incredible sunrises and instant access to fishing for Reds, Snook, etc. (pole combos & tackle included). and kayak launch (2 designated kayas, with vests and paddles). Fish carving table, water and elec. are available at the dock near the gas grill. Or just relax by the firepit, in the hammock, or catch some sun in the loungers. The unit is cozy but has an open feel and is professionally designed to optimize space. Matlacha is a hidden gem and offers some of the best fishing in the world. Need more space? Listing #4924758 (subject to availability) is a large 2/1 adjacent unit with a "lock out" door and accommodate an additional 6 guests comfortably.

Very nice and clean. It was great to be able to walk out of the door and right onto a dock to throw a fishing line in the water. They have everything that you need from fishing poles and bikes to a combo washer dryer. It’s also within walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely Amazing!

Super clean and cute! Spend a few days for a sisters get away, the sea kayaks were AWESOME to use, we were able to catch the sunrise and sunset and see dolphins playing. We loved the outdoor shower, beach cruisers and hammock! The location is PERFECT so close to everything in Matlacha, and the property owner and the Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, the towels were fluffy and linens were soft and clean, cant recommend enough!

Cute brand new cottage in perfect location

Location was awesome! Walk to restaurants and local park, kayaking right out the front door, and fishing off the Matlacha bridge or the new pier is right around the corner. House is adorable with everything new. It’s a small space but the owners have utilized every inch really well and even fit in a huge TV. The outside area is cute with a fireplace and a view of the canal. Owners were helpful and quick to respond to questions. All the locals were so sweet and we wish Matlacha the best in its recovery!

Birthday Celebration

LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay. Great location for the area. The amenities made our trip so memorable. We enjoyed the hammock every night looking at the stars. The kayaks were awesome. Went on bike ride to local fish market and just cruising around the island. At night we grilled out and played corn hole. Fishing was also a bonus for the husband since it was his birthday. Host very responsive to any concerns or needs. Property owners have really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Will definitely be returning to this little piece of paradise.

Piece of paradise

Absolutely incredible vacation. My son and I came down for Spring Break and had the best time. The accommodations were perfect for both bonding and having some alone time. Huge tv for movies and games. AC units kept the place cool and comfortable on the hot days. We fished every morning and eveing off the back deck and usually ate dinner by the fire evey night. We were out on the kayaks everyday with quick access to the the mangroves. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Everything was brand new! Microwave, washer, dryer, bed, everything. Manager was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. He provider excellent guidance on things to do, places to eat, etc. Definately see us coming back for additional trips.

Space is small but very clean and well organized. Good location. Multiple units in building but surprisingly quiet neighborhood considering how close you are to everything. Had a good visit to Matlacha and Pine Island.
