Great for a weekend trip

We had a great time! It was cozy and easy to locate. The manager was easy to get a hold of and responsive to questions.

It was a pleasure hosting Stephanie and her family at our vacation property. They were respectful of the house rules, kept everything clean, and communicated well throughout their stay. Stephanie’s family treated our home with care and left it in great condition. We would be happy to host them again anytime!

our trip was perfect! the property was easily accessible, very clean, in a great location, and so so cute! communication with the host was great too. we love elberta/frankfort and can’t wait until next year!

Perfect little cottage

We had an exceptional time at M-22 this weekend. The location is ideal, the place is immaculate and comfortable, and the amenities (bikes, kayaks, bathroom, kitchen) were thoughtful additions. Jim was a fantastic host, extremely responsive and helpful. Prior to check-in we were sent a list of things to do/see/eat and it helped us make the most of our time there with advanced planning. This is a great summer/fall getaway cottage.

Great Activity level

This spacious apartment is made for active folks who want to grab a bike or kayaks (right outside the back door) and get on the water in minutes. It even has an outside entrance to the bathroom for a quick shower after same. On an intersection so car lights flash - so keep blinds closed at night!

It went fine and not a bad place. The only issues were no hot water in shower and bathroom sink just in kitchen, what was strange so that sucked. The ceiling fan needs to be cleaned badly above bed, its furry. There also is a strange smell that you get used to after your in it for awhile probably because it’s an old building. Again not bad mouthing this space just saying what needs to be improved. Oh ya you need to update your Netflix credit card because nothing on tv would work, had to use own account.
