Great house, great location!

The house was exactly as listed. Very clean, great location to the beach as well as a nearby bike path. Tons of hooks and hangars which was helpful. Very comfortable and plenty of room for four of us. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely recommend!

A little piece of heaven

A beautiful, clean, cozy home with easy, walkable access to Frankfort. We’re already looking to book next year! We were able to sleep comfortably, cook meals, and meander downtown multiple times a day. Parking was easy. And we were thankful for a clean bathroom! Hosts were accessible and even helped us out with some beach necessities.

Great Location

We loved staying at this property and the location to all of the wonderful amenities Frankfort has to offer. Just a short morning walk to the bakery for donuts or down to the boats to fish. We stayed with our three little kids and they especially loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little space

This apartment was perfect for my family of 5. To be completely honest, it was the cleanest rental we have stayed at to date. The design is so well done too. The exuberant amount of hooks was so incredibly smart and worked to hang towels, beach gear, etc. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and Sandy was kind and easy to work with for check-in and check-out. The location is within walking distance of fun activities and the beach, which was great for our young family!

Convenient and cozy

All went well, despite the needed climb to the 2nd floor. (Knees are a challenge!) Owners were kind and very responsive! My stay was a delight!

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Frankfort. The location was excellent. You could walk right into downtown and even the beach if you wanted to.

Labor Day Weekend Bliss

The carriage house was a perfect location from everything in Frankfort. It had all the amenities we needed for the entire family. Hosts were very accommodating and replied very quickly to all messages. We hope to come back soon!

Ideal accommodations

My husband, son and our granddaughter spent two happy days in this property. The owner was very responsive to all questions and communications were exemplary. The carriage house apartment was spotless upon arrival and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the space was airy and bright. And the LOCATION! It was an easy walk to the beach or to the main street for restaurants, a great deli, cute shops and excellent coffee. It is also an easy drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Cherry Republic. It was an ideal stop on our vacation.

Cute Frankfurt Cottage

Clean home located near downtown. 6 blocks from the beach but walkable either through town or on a quiet back street. Property was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again. Only suggested upgrade would be a king mattress in the master bedroom but overall 5 stars.

The best location!

Nestled into a cute neighborhood just blocks from everything we needed. Clean, well-appointed and comfy! Everything you need for a long weekend away. We didn’t spend a ton of time indoors here, as outdoor exploration was our objective! The cute kitchen appeared to be well-stocked. They also have a handful of fun games and books, should you encounter a rainy day. Nice clean bathroom; I especially appreciated the extra towel availability when traveling with teens who don’t always hang up their towels. The only negative is that there’s no green space. We definitely didn’t need it, but the listing is accurate when it says outdoor patio. :) Definitely check out the Crescent bakery and the smoke house while you’re here. And PS…. Scoops has the BEST ice cream. Cherry pie a la mode in a waffle cone will change your life!

Sandy’s place was perfect for our 3 night stay in Frankfort! The place was nicely remodeled, clean, comfortable and close to everything. Including, Frankfort beach, Crystal Lake and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this property. It was clean an conveniently located. We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner, and also walked out to spend time on the break wall and beach. Convenient base for active trip of hiking, biking, kayaking and golf with 3 children. Clean and quiet. Thank you!
